Spread out in the living room to watch a good ballgame or your favorite movies and shows on the TV. After using the small and major appliances in the full kitchen to prepare a delicious meal, you can serve four people at the glass-top kitchen table and up to six people at the handsome dining room table, and there is a table/chair set out on the private patio for those al-fresco meals. You'll love using the private gas grill to cook up some delicious barbecue while the kids splash around in the attractive pool, and your guests can kick back in the lounge seating to soak up some sun. After a long day of theme park adventure, come home to challenge the kids to some pool in the private game room where you'll also find air hockey and foosball tables. The private washer/dryer will ensure everyone's clothes stay sparkling clean while the central AC keeps the home cool. When it's time to call it a night, you'll have five well-appointed bedrooms to enjoy, each with its own TV, and the primary bedroom with an en-suite bath. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
2 days notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay.

Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
