Great Getaway

Had a great time at 19 Red Fir. Had all the amenities we needed. Really enjoyed our time there.

We had a great stay at this house! Very close to the SHARC and minutes to Village. Kitchen is well stocked and had everything we needed! We will stay here again for sure!

Great Place

Overall awesome experience. We had an auto accident on the way there and the property management graciously gave us a late check out to help us schedule rides home.

Great location

Good overall experience, great location. Clean and well stocked. Right next to SHARC so this would be great in the summer. Only negative is that the pictures show something that looks like a wood stove or gas fireplace but it’s not really a fireplace in the picturesque sense — so if you have visions of a roaring fire on a winter night, this is not the house for you. We stayed here in the winter so were a little disappointed about that, but we would stay here again for sure (in the summer).

Our Family Loves Sunriver

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Red Fir Retreat worked great for our family of 5 adults, 2 teens and an infant. We loved the spacious deck and spent many morning and evening hours enjoying it. The loft is fantastic and is a 4th bedroom. We would definately work through VRC again - they are efficient, effective and straight forward. We had a great trip.

Great vacation home

We stayed during the prime skiing season for Mount bachelor, and this property was very affordable. The kitchen was well stocked and the house was very clean upon check-in. The only critique I would say is that the heating of the house is inconsistent. Turning up the furnace only heats up the upstairs area to an uncomfortable temperature while the downstairs bedrooms and living room remain cooler (heat rises of course). The floors were uncomfortably cold. We were traveling with a few family members who were older, and this seemed to bother them. Other than that, wonderful house.

Great stay

Easy. My only complaints were that the garbage bins were full when we arrived and there are multiple signs saying we will be charged for excess trash. Hoping we don’t get that fee. Also, there were some surfaces that hadn’t been wiped from the previous renters and they were a bit sticky. Other than that everything was great. Would rent again.

Where to be in Sunriver!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Extremely easy house to find, yet still on a quiet loop. We walked to village on the paths and the SHARC is even closer (although we didn’t use it.) Loved the hot tub which was well screened from the neighbors. House has an inviting open feel right when you walk in, making for cozy and relaxing family time. Griddle was a nice touch for breakfast... Will stay here again!

Not the best property

Air conditioner not efficient enough to keep house cool. Of the five bikes listed as available one had no rear wheel installed one had a flat tire and youth bikes brakes didn’t work.downstairs bathroom fan didn’t work.listed as sleeping 10 but 8 of us rather crammed for sitting space.

Wonderful Property

This property was perfect for two families that included kids from 3-14. The location was easy access to everything we wanted to do, the rooms were perfectly set up, the house had everything we needed. We loved having bikes available. The hot tub and grill and deck and property were wonderful. We played hard with everything Sunriver has to offer, relaxed on the patio in the evenings and slept like rocks. We will be back and will definitely try and get the same place.

Great Sunriver Getaway

We spent the week exploring Mt. Bachelor skiing/snowboarding. It was wonderful to come back to a relaxing space, hand out and cook our dinner. The house has everything that you need for a comfortable stay.

Location is great but the property is lacking in cleanliness.

The house is located close to the Pool and town. Very easy to find and access. Upon arrival the property has not been swept or blown and all the needles from the pines come into the house. The carpet is very stained and can’t possibly be healthy to be on. Bathrooms have not been through cleaned. Couch and chair have stuff between cushions. With COVID I have no idea how it could have been cleaned properly.

The dishwasher didn’t drain and clean the dishes all the way. One shelf in the fridge was broken, the outside of the house really needs to be clean up, it only has one tv.

Good get away

Well stocked, cleanliness could be better as cleaners are missing/overlooking a lot of little areas including kitchen items. Fourth bedroom is an open loft not a complete bedroom.

Perfect Location!

We loved our stay there. All the extra amenities were greatly appreciated. Plenty of towels, spices, kitchen utensils, and detergent. The beds downstairs we super squeaky and uncomfortable. But we loved our hot tub time and the easy walk to the SHARC. Great place for multiple families. Thank you!

Wonderful 3-Days!

This property was in an easily accessible neighborhood in Sunriver within walking distance to the SHARC swimming and snow tubbing areas. We had 2 ft. of snow and there was no problem in driving the sanded hill nor parking in the sloped driveway. The hot tub was so nice at the home, as well. Six adults and 4 kids fit perfectly in this rental. Yes, we’d love to rent this again in the future.
