For guests who may not be a fan of stairs, on the main floor is a guest bedroom with a king-sized bed and full bathroom. The main floor also offers a game room with a full-sized pool table and a ping-pong table, ideal for when the weather does not cooperate.

The private pool with its private covered cabana space is located just off the kitchen area, ideal for keeping an eye on little ones as parents prepare meals or relax in the cabana. Sandy Boardwalk features a personal boardwalk with built in bench seating to enjoy the spectacular sunsets. During the holidays, you can comfortably watch Seaside and Rosemary Beach fireworks from your own boardwalk!
