Nestled along Florida’s Nature Coast, Island Place Condominiums offer a serene island escape surrounded by the natural beauty of Cedar Key. Located directly on the Gulf within a true nature preserve, the property is framed by swaying palms, warm Gulf breezes, and tranquil coastal scenery—an ideal setting to relax, reconnect, and unwind.

Whether you’re planning a romantic getaway or a fun coastal vacation, Island Place provides an exceptional blend of comfort, charm, and location. The complex is thoughtfully designed to reflect the historic character of Cedar Key while offering modern conveniences. Guests are perfectly situated next to the city marina and just steps from local restaurants, shops, art galleries, and the grocery store—no car required.

Additional Information:
• Grills are park-style and located at the end of the complex. Please bring your own utensils, charcoal, grill brush, and lighter fluid.
• No boat parking is available onsite. Public boat parking is located one block east or two blocks north, behind the museum.

Island Place is a peaceful Gulf-front retreat where nature, history, and walkable island living come together for an unforgettable Cedar Key experience.

Loved it!

We had a great time walking to the restaurants and even walked to the boat ramp for our fishing charter. Will definitely stay here again

Our home away from home getaway.

We love Cedar Key and come quite often to visit. This was our first time staying at the Island Place. So cute and cozy and will absolutely return in the future.

Fantastic Stay at Island Place 215

My husband and stayed at this property for a long weekend getaway. The property was right on the water with great views, and easily walkable to the restaurants/shops on water. We were happy with the size and cleanliness of this rental and spent evenings on the back deck watching the sunset. Highly recommend this place!

Spring break with the family

Great small town to visit. You can avoid the big crowds and enjoy the laid-back atmosphere. Place was clean. The pool was awesome. I have no complaints at all. If anything we will be back.

Mom's 87th Birthday getaway

It was a beautiful place. Great location . Had an amazing time myself and three of my siblings and mom took her away for her 87th birthday. We all enjoyed ourselves the beds were very comfortable. They only downfall was when we walked on the floor barefoot our feet were black. The people were very nice that worked on the property. But we will absolutely be back again. Thank you for helping us make memories with our mom

Nice condo in a nice location

Very nice condo. Easy walk to Dock Street and Second Street (where many restaurants are). Kitchen seemed to be nicely appointed, although we only used the coffee pot since it was a short trip. Pool was perfect for this hot weather. Very clean. Not many towels but all we needed for the weekend. They may stock based on length of stay. Washer/dryer in unit. We received an email ahead of time telling us how much toilet paper and paper towels would be in unit, which was nice to know.

Nice, well-located water front condo

This property is well-located with an easy walk to restaurants, museum, and shops. The view of the water from the balcony was nice. The amenities in the condo were sufficient. Not being used to condo living, our neighbors' TV and chatter kept me up most nights until 10 or 11. Even though the condo was on the second floor, the steps are shallow and easy to walk up. I believe this condo was worth the price.
