The Newark Friends and Family House is a great place to stay while in the Newark area! Your group will love the ample space this house provides, along with the peaceful setting. This house has 4 bedrooms, and 2 full bathrooms. 3 Bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms all on one level! Enjoy a stocked kitchen, TVs in several rooms, and a back yard deck to enjoy a beverage! We invite you to bring your furry friends as well! **There is a world-class dog house in the back yard!!** -2nd unit available also!

The Space:
Enjoy the peaceful setting on the edge of Newark Ohio, and the convenience of a furnished house for your visit. Our house is currently set up as a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom house. All rooms except 1 bedroom are on the first level. The owner suite bedroom has it's own full bathroom. Your group will love the updated kitchen, a dining area, and a spacious living room to relax and catch up.

Our yard is a great space to enjoy with your group. We have a back deck off of our garage that is a great spot to relax. There is a driveway, 2 car garage for your group to use. This driveway is shared with the tenant in the back apartment as well. Responsible pet owners are welcome to bring their furry friends (most of the yard is fenced in). However there are some un-fenced spots and we ask no pets be left un-attended. **There is a world-class dog house in the back yard!!**

Guest Access:
Guests will have full private access and use of the main house, basement, kitchen, dining room, and living room. There is a attached private apartment in the rear of the property that those tenants will also share access to the yard, and driveway.

The Neighborhood:
Newark is a quite beautiful town to visit! Not only does it have its charm and quiet-ness of small town America, but Newark is also a short drive to Columbus and many other surrounding areas.

Getting Around:
Our house is close to a main route road that provides quick access to downtown Newark, and surrounding areas.

Other Things to Note:
Guests must provide a valid driver’s license or ID and sign our Rental Agreement after booking to receive arrival instructions. Parties & unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited, and hosts reserve the right to withhold arrival instructions of confirmed reservations from guests with negative or low reviews, are under 25 years old and/or live closer than 100 miles from the home at the host's discretion in an effort to ensure the safety and security of our community, (impacted guests will be notified shortly after booking, and a full refund will be provided if the guest cancels the reservation in a timely manner).

PET FEES: Guests are required to disclose how many pets will enter the home. A one-time fee will be required based on the length of stay for the following amounts:

$35 (Less than 5 nights)
$50 (5 - 30 nights)
$100 (30+ nights prorated daily, or $75 for each additional full month booked)
