Esta es una unidad de 2 dormitorios en el edificio más nuevo y mejor calificado de Snowshoe. El restaurante South Mountain Grille está en el primer piso. Los alquileres se realizan fácilmente, y el Elk River Snowboard y el esquí en el primer piso, y los boletos de elevación se pueden comprar justo afuera de la puerta en el edificio Top of the World. I really enjoyed this lodge and the mountain air. It was an adventure getting up the mountain but once there you can catch the shuttle down to the village and silver creek. The view in the morning was beautiful. The owner was very friendly with good communication. The furniture was comfortable and everything was clean. I would definitely visit again.

Fantastic, Super-convenient, Ski-in/Ski-out Rental

The property and our specific unit were absolutely fantastic. Very clean, spacious, and convenient. It is literally at the top of Snowshoe mountain. The unit is in the same building as a ski rental shop, and our ski equipment storage locker in the basement was about 50 feet from the top of one of the Snowshoe lifts. A few times we literally left our skis over on the snow at the top of the lift while we went back up to the unit for lunch. It was AWESOME. Easiest skiing ever. Snowshoe village is less than a mile down the mountain - walkable if you want but less than a minute drive, so super convenient. The building has a serviceable fitness center with treadmill, spin bikes, water rower, kettle bells, sauna, and a cable-type machine. Just outside the building there are two hot tubs. The unit has two full bathrooms, washer/dryer, balcony overlooking the hot tubs, and a kitchen fully stocked with cooking equipment. Kevin was great as a host. Plan to book again soon.

Perfect stay for ski-in /ski-out

We loved everything about our stay at this property. The condo seemed even more spacious than what the pictures showed. We loved being able to park in the garage for easy access to load unload luggage and skis. You can walk out the door and be right on the hill near soaring eagle lift. We also enjoyed the hot tubs and sauna on prem. Highly recommend this condo!

Nice 2 bedroom on mountain

Great two bedroom but the heat was strange. The one bedroom was too cold & the other one was a heater. Couldn’t be comfortable for all. Condo was clean but hot tubs were not very hot & water was low. Understand this is a HOA but someone needs to stay on them. Owner was great to work with.

Wonderful family ski weekend

We loved our stay at Soaring Eagle, this was our first time at this property. The condo was very spacious, clean and well equipped for my family of six. The kids liked having the extra sleeping space on cots instead of sharing beds. Laundry within the unit was a huge bonus, so was the heated garage (we have had many weekends at Snowshoe packing the car in single digits with a negative wind chill to leave). We used the hot tubs throughout the weekend as well. Only negative and nothing to do with Soaring Eagle Lodge but the Soaring Eagle lift was down one day so getting back to our condo required a shuttle instead of the convenience of taking the lift. Will definitely book this property again!

Our favorite place to stay at Snowshoe

We have stayed in this unit at Soaring Eagle Lodge for a number of years now, and we keep finding it to be the best place to stay at Snowshoe for the price. The unit is well maintained, comfortable and spacious. The beds offer a wonderful night's sleep after a day on the slopes. Soaring Eagle's heated inside parking lot is a unique feature at the resort. The following comments do not apply to the individual VRBO property owner, but they are worth mentioning.The Soaring Eagle common areas like the hot tubs are not maintained with the same level of care that we were used to in the past. The hot tub water quality seems to be a bit neglected. The building is looking rather shabby with holes in the exterior soffits. The facility is not aging well against the harsh Snowshoe weather. That all said, bottom line, if want a comfortable place to stay in the Top of the World part of the resort, you can't go wrong renting this place.

This was our 3rd time staying at Soaring Eagle and the first time in this unit. This unit was very clean and the host was exceptional to work with. The garage is a plus. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for families

We stayed in places by the village for years, but got tired of the long lift lines to get back to our room. We love the steakhouse in souring eagle lodge. So we decided to take a chance staying there. Boy was this ever a wonderful surprise. The place was huge and clean. It was super convenient for kid ski rentals and ski in/out. Parking was amazing with the garage below the building and out of the elements. And it was easy to jump on a free shuttle to get to other dining, the village, or to return to our room after skiing and taking a different lift up the mountain. We definitely will be back! Thank you!

Perfect Family Ski Spot

This was our second time at Snowshoe for a family ski trip, and we learned a lot last time we were there. We wanted to be on the slopes and we wanted space for our family to spread out when we were done skiing.This property is fantastic and checks all the boxes. It was clean, it was spacious, it had locker rooms to store our gear, and it was right off the Soaring Eagle lift, so we didn't have to bother with shuttles.Would definitely recommend.

Great Location

The accommodations and location were great, the added benefit of having the covered parking garage was fantastic. The check in process was not smooth, I recommend confirming 2 days prior to arrival as cell service is not available at the top of the mountain.

THE prime location for snowshoe skiing trip

The lift is right on the doorstep, the trail to the woods is 7 minutes walking, sauna, hot tub, Heated garage and locker room….We enjoyed every single amenity provided.The unit itself is clean, spacious and very well equipped . We had a fantastic time . We will be back next time, for sure. No need to look at any other places for our next Snowshoe trip. My kids had so much fun that they wanted to ski more on the day of checkout. I contacted the property manager and The host asking for help to allow us to stay in the hearth room while waiting for our kids. As of this moment at 2:55 pm, our keycards are still active while we are siting in this lovely, beautiful hearth room. This is huge help, we ( husband and me) are able to get on line to check emails and so on, while our kids are skiing. I could give the is place 7 star if it’s allowed.

Great Experience

We had a great stay. The owner was very responsive to challenges with the key when we arrived. And made sure the rest of our stay was great. The apartment was very nice, clean and convenient to everything. We definitely recommend it.

This two bedroom unit was perfect for our extended weekend. It was extremely clean and all appliances and amenities worked without issue. There are plenty of dishes and cookware for your needs as well. Would definitely stay here again!

Unbeatable views and amenities

Excellent layout for 2 families/couples and a responsive owner. We loved the mid-March storm that turned the mountain into a winter wonderland and the fighter jets that roared overhead and gave us a bit of a show. Probably the most luxurious property and set up available at the resort. Note, that we're not skiers so can't comment much, but I think you can ski out from this location Pros Stunning mountain views from front and rear of property TWO heated underground garage parking spaces (lockers too) THREE outdoor hot tubs Evening roaring fires in the stunning 2-story lobby/lounge Fabulous steakhouse with bar on the ground floor Bedrooms and bathrooms on opposite sides of the condo separated by living area is a great layout Nicely decorated in a lodge/arts and crafts theme Unit on top floor so great views and no disturbance from neighbors above Linens and basics (starting toilet paper, handsoap, paper towels, garbage bags, dish soap) provided Next to Top of the World for equipment rental Quiet, but a shuttle stop away from the activity in the village Cons A bit quiet if you're seeking a party atmosphere Spotty cell reception on the mountain, but solid wifi at the property We found Kevin's condo to be a well-stocked luxury vacation rental and Kevin to be a friendly and responsive owner. The biggest tip we would offer is to bring in your food (we did a Costco run for prepared meals, salads and fruits and veggies). The market on the mountain has limited stock.

Weekend ski trip

We had an amazing long weekend of skiing, lots of snow. The property is super convenient to the slopes. There was plenty of room for a family of five, the cots were great (I thought they would be for small kids, but my teenage son slept in it fine). Clean and well stocked kitchen.

Great Soaring Eagle property at Snowshoe

My friend and I have stayed in this unit twice now. Soaring Eagle is a great property with underground parking. It has one of the shortest ski in-ski out setups we have experienced at Snowshoe. The building is beginning to show its age, and the hot tubs were having issues where one might be out of service at any given time. One of the elevators was malfunctioning which was an annoyance. That all said, this was a good value for the money paid, and I hope to rent it again in the future.
