The space is a split level with some stairs separating the two sections.
The upper level features a seating area with a flat-screen TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime Video. The futon converts to a Queen bed. Large windows reveal the epic red and slate ridgelines in the distance. With a sit/stand desk available. If this doesn't inspire and make you excited to work from home, nothing will.

The full bathroom in this space is sure to wow you with its gorgeous tile shower with a huge rain shower head and anti-fog ring lit mirror.

Downstairs you have a King-sized bed with hotel quality bedding, an Armoire for storage, and a dining area with kitchenette.

The kitchenette features a microwave, mini-fridge + freezer, coffee maker, and utensils.

You will get one parking space on the rocky part (right side) of the driveway.
Street parking is available for an additional car.

This is a central location in West Sedona while still being tucked away on a quiet road. You can actually walk to restaurants and shopping, however, a car is always recommended in Sedona. Most of the West Sedona hiking trails are and restaurants are within a 5 minute drive!

This Suite is attached to the main part of a house which has its own separate entrance/exit and outdoor area.
Must be 25 or older to book. ID is required prior to final confirmation .
Please take off your shoes when you enter the home.
No smoking or vaping of any kind on the property.
No unregistered overnight guests are allowed.
Please don't eat or drink in the bedrooms.
Please respect the noise curfew of 10pm to 7am.
Please respect the check-out time of 10am.
Please take care of the furnishings. You have to pay for damages that exceed the security deposit.
Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
Please be mindful of children on the deck and top floor of the loft.
