Create great memories at this centrally-located vacation home, with an open floor plan and vaulted ceilings. The kitchen is well equipped and the living room has a queen size sleeper sofa and a smart TV (internet/WIFI). The master bedroom has a king size bed, walk in closet, smart TV, master bathroom and a work area with a desk and printer. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed, large closet and smart TV. Both bedrooms have black out curtains and hair dryers, and linens.

Sit and relax in the cozy screened in lanai or grill your favorite foods on the side patio. Go for a ride to Sawgrass Grove Square on the two bicycles or along the many bike paths that are nearby.

Note: No pets, smoking, vaping or e-cigarettes are permitted anywhere on the property and parking is available in the private driveway (car cannot be parked in the garage).

Amenities
As part of The Villages, you will have access to many areas and activities. There’s no shortage of things to do at The Villages! There’s free musical entertainment every night at each of the four village squares. Sawgrass Grove Square is only about a mile away. As Villager guests you have free access to the beautiful new Recreation Center that is two blocks away with tennis courts, pickle ball, shuffleboard, bocce, swimming pool access and pool tables. Classes at nearby Recreation Centers include yoga, Zumba, line, dancing, and many more classes. If you like to play games, there’s bridge, Mexican train, Samba trivial pursuit, trivial pursuit, euchre, and many other scheduled activities at the Recreation Centers. As a guest Villager, you will have access to all 115 Recreation centers in The Villages! There are many miles of bicycle and walking paths. With the purchase of resident IDs ($50 for 2 people ) you can use any of the executive golf courses with no green fees. They represent challenging, par 3s and par 4s. For those who like more of a challenge you can use the 13 championship courses at the resident rate.
