Welcome to Ocean Village Club P32, a luxuriously furnished oceanfront two-bedroom, two-bath, pet-friendly third-floor condo. Located in the Ocean Village Club Resort, this gated community offers a wealth of amenities, including a clubhouse, two swimming pools, tennis and shuffleboard courts, a picnic area with grills, and a private walkway to the beach. Within walking distance of restaurants, grocery stores, and shops, and just a short drive to historic St. Augustine, this condo provides the perfect base for your coastal getaway.

Ocean Village Club P32 is spacious and airy, with an open floor plan and beach-inspired décor. The living area features leather furniture with two twin sofa sleeper beds a large HDTV, and sliding glass doors that open to the furnished balcony overlooking the lush resort grounds. The adjacent dining area seats four at an octagonal table and flows seamlessly into the well-equipped kitchen, which includes granite countertops, stainless-steel appliances, and plenty of storage.

The primary bedroom offers a king-size bed, flat-screen TV, ceiling fan, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and a separate powder room. The guest bedroom includes twin over double bunk beds, a flat-screen TV, and easy access to the second full bathroom, which features a tub/shower combination and ample storage. All towels and linens are provided, ensuring a comfortable stay.

With complimentary Wi-Fi throughout, you can stay connected and share your beach adventures. The condo’s private balcony is the perfect spot to enjoy morning coffee or relax after a day of exploring. Great 4th of July weekend

We stayed here for the 4th of July weekend and it was perfect. We were able to walk to the beach, go in the pool, watch fireworks from the beach, and grill out by the pool. We were able to fit all 6 of us, comfortably. The kitchen was well-stocked with the essential cook and flat ware, making easy to cook and enjoy our meals. Lots of great restaurants nearby and only a 15 minute drive to downtown St. Augustine.

Great location

We had a wonderful stay. Location is great. Furniture is comfortable. We would have rebooked for next year but half of the weeks we stayed this year were already booked for next year. Washer & dryer are OLD. More towels would have been nice.

Would Not Recommend

First of all the information provided by the company was not clear. We arrived after hours Friday only to find out the electronic door lock was inoperable and had to wait for a maintenance man who was unable to fix a problem they were already aware of persisting. The instruction were not clear on the pool and beach gate cards which couldn’t be picked up until the next day at an office three miles away. The ladies at the office Saturday were fantastic - very nice and professional. However - not knowing the condo we had wasn’t managed by the office on the property- the last there was extremely rude and not helpful at all. In short- I would not recommend this property and if so chose to stay here I suggest you do your research and make sure you get your pass cards before the office closes.

Nice vacation property

Overall, a very enjoyable stay! Great location, easy check-in and out, and nice furnishings. A few items kept it from being five stars. Kitchen not very well stocked (one wine glass, short on eating utensils). We had to clean all the cups before using. Guest Bath sink leaks - we didn’t report it until now, because we didn’t notice til end of stay. Master bedroom needs shades. Even with the mini blinds, the room was very bright before 7am each day.

ok for short stay

kitchen and bathrooms nicely update are the good points. lack of dishes and silverware if you plan on eating in. continually running exhaust fan in living room was very annoying. living room furniture needs updating.

Condo was very outdated

Furniture was very old, all the beds were very uncomfortable. Money can be spent on newer mattress, couch etc. Location was great, quiet and secure. However, after a long day of site seeing family was expecting a more comfortable stay.
