Hay un sofá cama doble y un sillón reclinable en la sala de estar donde puede ver el televisor de pantalla plana de 32 ". Los espejos de pared brindan vistas adicionales del océano. Hay una mesa pintoresca para dos y una cocina completa mejorada que incluye estufa y horno. El baño fue remodelado con bañera nueva con barra de apoyo. El dormitorio fresco de pepino tiene azulejos y tiene la cama queen y un televisor de pantalla plana de 26 ". Este condominio está cerca del ascensor y las escaleras. We absolutely loved our stay! The location in the building and area was perfect! The unit had everything we needed, the bed was very comfortable and the view of the sunrise was stunning from the balcony. We will definitely stay here again next year.

The staff was so friendly. I loved that housekeeping stopped by daily to see if you needed towels or other items. The view was amazing. Sitting on the balcony with our morning coffee, walking on the beach. The condo was comfortable. If I had to critique something it would be the bedroom window. It felt like there was no insulation, you could hear everything as if the window was open. Overall we loved it and would stay there again. Thank you for sharing your little piece of paradise with others.

While the room itself was a bit small, it was the perfect place to stay for access to the hidden gem that is Crescent Beach. Would highly recommend staying here.

I was really looking forward to this property being on the beach and the pictures with high ratings. Unfortunately the unit was really gross, very old, and not what I expected especially for the money paid. I do understand what it means to be in Florida but when there are literal cockroaches on the handle of the refrigerator and in the refrigerator, which I have pictures and videos to prove, and the water has zero pressure, the bathtub is stained, and the floor feels oily and grimy, it just kind of makes me wonder. We tried calling the front desk several times for which I also have call logs and we're not able to get through to anybody with the issues. The one day I did talk to somebody, they promise to be available later but when we return from being off site, there was no one available at the office either. Unfortunately the bed was so saggy rest was almost impossible, so this was not the rejuvenating beach experience that we had hoped. I will say that the check-in staff was kind so that was nice but that was before we even encountered the dirty unit. I did chat with VRBO to try to rectify the situation and request a partial refund but have not received an update on this either. I would probably opt to stay at a hotel over this property ever again.

We apologize that your stay did not meet your expectations. We did respond as soon as we were contacted about the issues, which through VRBO the evening before checkout. If we had been contacted sooner, we would have offered additional options, but unfortunately we were not given the opportunity. We did not see the evidence, however we did apply a refund to the stay. We checked the unit after departure, as that was our only opportunity and did not find the floors to be dirty, but had only been told that the floors were dirty and there was a bug. We do have professional pest control services, so this was reported to our treatment provider. The front desk is available and on site daily from 8am to 10pm and if there is an issue with the phones, we are here in person to make things right.

Overall our stay was very pleasant and the view was perfect! The bathroom is very small but other than that we enjoyed it. One other suggestion would be to add another high top chair on the patio. With the shorter chairs your eye level is right at the railing which affects the view. Would stay again!

Great beach location

The property is nice for people with pets. The pictures show it all. Kitchen is cheaply furnished with minimal items. The mattress definitely needs to be replaced. The resort is nice and the beach was wonderful. There are a few eating places within walking distance.
