The oceanfront balcony with direct beach access were the clear winners with the Atlantic Ocean as the prized jewel.

Great property and place to stay. We had everything we needed for a good couple nights. Only recommendation would be to update the TVs to smart TVs. Very clean.

We absolutely loved our stay! The location in the building and area was perfect! The unit had everything we needed, the bed was very comfortable and the view of the sunrise was stunning from the balcony. We will definitely stay here again next year.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This rentals is in the absolute perfect location for gorgeous view of the beach and preserve down below. We loved having our morning coffee after walking the beach for the sunrises and watching the gopher tortoise below. The bed and living room were incredibly comfortable and we utilized the kitchen every night for making dinner in, as well as breakfast in the morning. Only slight negative was the TV channel options. They were incredibly limited, and not smart TVs. As always, the staff of Beacher's Lodge truly go above and beyond and are the absolute best. Will be back again and soon!

Sadly this was a disappointment! The shower was about 2 minutes of hot water and then cold only. The inside was completely outdated. The tv had about 3 channels, gross smell inside, the chair and couch completely sunken in along with the bed . If it wasn’t for the view of the ocean, we would have left the first day .

Everything in this unit needs to be replaced. The furniture is old and very uncomfortable. It could also use a deep cleaning, especially the floors. There was also a lot of noise outside all the time.

On the downside...the couch was extremely uncomfortable and seemed very damp. There was no rod on the living room drapes to pull them closed, which made it very difficult. Then the bedroom mattress was extremely uncomfortable and too high.

Tight space and tired furnishings

Exceptional beach for walking, biking, relaxing. Corner condo with low quality tired amenities. Sofa not comfortable and smelled like urine. Tiny cheap table and 2 chairs in living area. Balcony had a bar height table mismatchec with 2 plastic low height chairs. Not functional to use. Tiny Kitchen with cheap inadequate supplies. A small skillet to at least make eggs would have been nice. Bathroom tiny and door opens in so made it even harder to use. Squishy pillowtop mattress. Furnishings low end and decor looked like it came from Dollar General.

Nice location

The location of this condo was great and the community is nice. The apartment is smaller than it appears but for two people it is fine. It wasn’t as clean as I would have liked. However, I would probably rent again.

Reviewer Comments: We have been staying at Beacher's Lodge for a long time and this has been the first time we have not enjoyed the room. I usually rent privately from someone on VRBO. The smell is the first thing you notice and it's coming from the couch and curtains. The mattress cover had multiple brown stains, in which I did not notice until our last night. I know someone else owns this room and it should not be rated "silver" for the amount we paid.

Great choice

Great view, interior warmly decorated, well stocked kitchen- very clean. Only two changes- Mattress and topper so thick- bottom sheet falls off… and only 13 basic channels, DVD player not connected properly, even maintenance guy couldn’t fix it…
