El Xenos Villa 3 es el más nuevo de los Xenos Villas altamente calificados ubicados en la hermosa isla de Kos Grecia. Xenos Villa 3 se construyó en 2017 y estará disponible para alquiler por primera vez en la primavera de 2018. Xenos Villa 1, 2 y 3 son villas de lujo, ubicadas muy cerca unas de otras y cerca de la playa organizada de Tigaki (a 500-600 metros de distancia). Todas las Villas Xenos son ideales para vacaciones familiares, de parejas o grupales para aquellos que buscan un poco de privacidad, sin sacrificar el acceso a restaurantes, bares, tiendas y el mar.
XENOS VILLA 3 DESCRIPCIÓN DE LA PROPIEDAD
Construido en 2.000 m2 de terreno en un área compuesta exclusivamente por villas privadas.
Ubicado a 9 km del aeropuerto, a 1 km del pueblo de Zipari y a 500 metros del popular pueblo de destino de Tigaki, donde encontrará una gran cantidad de excelentes restaurantes, bares y tiendas.
El interior de la villa es de diseño moderno con grandes ventanales y una impresionante vista al mar. También puedes ver la isla de Kalymnos y la costa de Turquía desde la sala de estar.
La villa ofrece todas las instalaciones que un grupo grande puede necesitar y un diseño que se extiende sobre 3 pisos y 180 m2, lo que permite un amplio espacio personal para sus residentes.
La entrada principal conduce al primer piso frente al mar; Consta de 3 dormitorios (con camas dobles) y 2 baños.
Dos de las habitaciones tienen vista al mar y la tercera habitación tiene una hermosa vista a la montaña.
El segundo piso consta de una sala de estar, comedor y cocina abierta. Tanto la sala de estar como la cocina ofrecen amplios asientos interiores y exteriores. Las áreas de comedor, ambas ubicadas en terrazas al aire libre (6 x 3 metros y 4 x 5 metros), tienen atractivas vistas al mar.
La sala de estar y las habitaciones tienen ventanas de piso a techo que inundan las habitaciones con luz solar. La villa ofrece una oportunidad increíble para experimentar la puesta de sol griega sobre el mar Egeo.
La planta baja consta de una sala grande (55) con un gimnasio completo y un sofá cama adicional con capacidad para 2 personas, además de 1 habitación con dos camas individuales.
El gimnasio contiene un gran baño con ducha.

Beautiful home from home

Xenos villas are modern, spacious and perfect for a family or group of friends to holiday in style. We stayed here in may 2019 whilst we got married in the local beach. Xenos villa 3 was ideal with as many bathrooms as bedrooms friends could be there getting ready without getting in our way. The hosts nikolas And lydia were on hand to answer any queries? Help with local information and the house was cleaned to a great standard every other day. The views from the house were stunning in every direction. They made our wedding night special scattering petals and decorating, leaving gifts for arrival as well as our special day. We hope to return time and again many tha ks for your hospitality.

Beautiful, serene location and a quick walk to tow

We had a wonderful stay at xenos villa. The house was clean and fully stocked, and the pool delightfully crisp. The house is located in a quiet location, which we welcomed, and the walk into Tigaki is a quick fifteen minutes. It was close enough to be around everything, and yet seemed a world apart. We had such an amazing stay and hope we can one day return.

Greek paradise for the whole family!

This property was luxury and comfort in all aspects. From the beautiful pool to large rooms and kitchen amenities, this place was a dream to take trip with friends and my young child. Location was fantastic, very easy to get to the town center and beaches. On days we were lazy, the pool gave us a perfect place to lounge all day. I highly recommend the Xenos villas and am already planning our next visit to this paradise!

Best value for money

A lovely villa with everything you need for a relaxing stay. The front is a great suntrap all day long and the pool is great. Beautiful sea view! The location is good for Tigaki and surrounding areas and a 20 min drive from the airport. Definitely considering a return visit. Thank you Maria and Nicholas

Great Villa

We stayed with a group of 11 guys (all around 22 years) at Xenos Villa 3 for 10 days. First of all we were very happy we could still rent this villa, because we were very late. The communication with the owner of the house was perfect, every time we got a very fast response. Maybe it was nice if the owner of the house arranged a taxi for us at the airport, but we did not mind to take care of that ourselves. When we arrived at the villa we were very happy with what we saw. The villa was brand new and very clean. All the rooms were perfect, the beds were good and there was a lot of room for our cloths (very big closets). The bathrooms were perfect as well, very clean and nice showers. Little problem was hot water really late at night (after midnight), but this didn’t bother us that much. We were also very happy with the cleaner, who came twice in the period of 10 days. The kitchen was very big and modern. There was only 1 refrigerator, for us it was better if there also was a second one. Maybe for other groups of young people or families 1 refrigerator is just fine. A very nice aspect of the villa was the amount of balconies. There were 2 balconies by the kitchen and 1 by two bedrooms. Especially at night we spent a lot of time at the balconies, which was perfect for us. Another great thing of this villa was the swimming pool, very nice clean water (not too much chlorine). Maybe it is wise to add some more sunbeds, I think there were 6 and we were with 11. It did not bother us too much, because there are always people swimming or inside the villa. The most important thing for us was how nice the owners of the house were. If there was a problem, we could always call them and they answered immediately. They even came by in the evening for a broken key lock. Maria and Nicholas, thank you very much! We really recommend to rent this villa. It is suitable for groups of young people, but also for families who want to spend the holiday together! Spectacular villa and service! Speechless!

One more year booking with Xenos Villas! This time we booked the beautiful new villa with a fantastic view of Kalymnos Island and the Aegean Sea! As we were 2 families with 2 children each, the fact that this Villa has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms made it ideal for us! The villa has a very good size swimming pool and the garden plenty of space around it for letting the children free to play or enjoying a late barbeque party under the beautiful moon when they are sleeping. 🙂 In general, the service from the housekeeper was excellent, but the hospitality of the owners, Maria Lydia and Nicholas, made us want to come back again and again. Keep the good work guys! Thank you very much for everything, Dino-Jo-Aled-Jackie and the 4 little monsters! 🙂

Super new villa

It is the third time we are staying at Xenos villas !!! We are there right now by the pool having a lovely night BBQ by the pool!! This time we booked the beautiful new villa with 4 bedrooms 4 bathrooms and with fantastic view over to Kalimnos island and Aegean Sea!! This new villa the newest of the Xenos Villas complex and makes it ideal for families and small groups ! Maria and Nicholas did again their best to make us feel comfortable and relaxed. We want to thank hem for everything they did for us! Soon we will be back again!!

Nikolas and Maria Lydia have called Kos home for over 20 years. Nikolas is responsible for the design of all the villas, including the pools and gardens. Maria Lydia is head of hospitality and ensures each guest has an incredible experience at the villas. Their 3 children Stephanie, Katerina, and Yiannis all help with the villas as well. The Xenos villas are truly a family-run operation.
