Ground level of beautiful mountain home with views of Pikes Peak!
**Ground level 1,875 Sq. Ft. House**
Beautiful three bedroom, two bathroom with amazing views of Pikes Peak, rock formations, and forest. This level has a private entrance and patio to enjoy the surroundings. Also includes access to our enclosed trampoline.
Kitchen has a full size refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven big enough to hold a 9x13 pan, and a double electric cook top. Much better than getting a couple of hotel rooms!!
Wood burning fireplace and radiant floor heat will keep you warm on those chilly Colorado days. We do not have AC, but opening windows to create a cross breeze will cool things off perfectly during warm weather!
This property is the ground level attached to our main house, however there are no shared living spaces, just a shared driveway. We live in the upper level of the house with 3 of our 6 children and our outside cat Hazel during the school year, September-May. Our whole house is rented as a vrbo during the summer and this level is only available when the whole house isn’t rented.
**We do not allow pets or events at this property**
We live on a windy dirt road on the side of a hill so 4 wheel drive or AWD is an absolute must during our snowy season. All other vehicles should work fine during the summer, however some of our guests have said they feel more comfortable with an AWD vehicle.

My husband and I built this home in 2014 for us and our six children. We were both born and raised in the area. Currently our 3 oldest children live close by in Colorado Springs and our 3 youngest are still living at home. We love living in the mountains and would be honored to share our home with you! We will be very respectful of your privacy, but are close by should any needs arise.
