Great getaway
29 Coastal is a great spot near the beach and restaurants. 7 min or less depending on your stride. The house is 3 levels of living space with 4th floor balcony. We had trouble on the first day with the waterline to the 2nd for bathroom and missing smoke alarm on the 3rd floor. We contacted the number for issues and immediately received a response to resolve both. I travel with CO2/fire alarm so it wasn't an issue for immediate action. My dad was able to fix the toilet. The rooms were spacious, the stairs are a lot of you have seasons family with you. The kitchen has all the essential but I would suggest they get stainless or cast iron due to all the pots and skillets being scratched up. We didn't utilize the balcony very much for to a wasp/yellow jacket nest being located near the door. I read a previous review and was expecting the worst but the house could probably use a good deep clean around the grout in the primary room, vents throughout house. Maybe a good painting with the wipe clean paint versus flat. I would also suggest a few things being added to help guest...a dust pan, a hall tree on the first floor and hooks in the showers to hold wash clothes.
This was a great location, great seaside house to stay in while in Santa Rosa or an alternative to staying in Destin.
