This beautifully furnished and fully equipped home offers three levels of living, four spacious decks, three fireplaces, one car garage plus parking for an additional 5+ cars, and plenty of private, wooded outdoor space. The home is just minutes from Timberline Mountain and Canaan Valley Resort, where you can enjoy four seasons of outdoor adventure such as hiking, skiing, snow tubing, ice skating, mountain biking, free outdoor concerts, horseback riding, and more. If staying in is more your style, enjoy a cup of coffee or a glass of complimentary wine on one of the 4 decks. The home offers a well appointed game closet, dart board, mini-shuffle board, Nintendo Switch docking station and controllers, an extensive collection of DVDs, and many outdoor yard games. Old Timberline-
A private, gated community located at the bottom of Timberline Mountain. You will have access to both Spruce Island Lake and Sand Run Lake, that offer fishing and kayaking (swimming is prohibited). There are numerous hiking trails within the community and direct trail access to Dolly Sods Wilderness Area.

Note: One week before the arrival date we will send the Timberline Rental Authorization Form to be completed and printed to check-in at the gatehouse and receive parking passes.

You won’t have to worry about packing or buying household goods. All linens, extra blankets/pillows, paper products (paper towels, toilet paper, tissues, etc), laundry detergent, dishwashing liquid/tablets, garbage bags, hand soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and much more are provided at no extra charge.
