A lovely home in North Phoenix with an open plan kitchen, living and dining room with plenty of seating for 8. 4 Bedrooms with Queen beds. Lots of storage. TV in every room. Grassy private backyard and RV parking. 2 Car garage with space for another 2 cars on the driveway. EV Charger available for your convenience.
Fixed price for 1 to 8 guests. You will have the entire house to yourself. Nice sunny garden has plenty of outdoor seating, a fire pit, barbecue, dining table and chairs.

EV Charger: Universal EV 48 Amp Level 2 – with J-1772 connector for EV’s and Pro 1 NACS for Tesla
2 Baby cribs, high chair and booster seat available.
A Wi-Fi enabled laser printer is available.
Fans in every room
A family neighborhood, safe to go for walks, close to a large park, 2 supermarkets, hospital, Costco and lots of shopping and restaurants. Very centrally situated for wherever you need to be in the Phoenix or Scottsdale areas. Approx 20 minutes to/from the airport and downtown, 10 to 15mins to Kierland Commons, TPC, Westworld, numerous golf clubs etc. Lots of Hiking and biking trails a short drive away.
For a longer term stay, a cleaning service will be provided for an additional fee.

We loved this house!

This house worked perfectly for us, beautiful front patio to enjoy the morning sun and another patio in the back! The bedrooms are a good size and very clean, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Beautifully decorated too which added a nice touch! Definitely will be coming back!

Perfect family home

The house on 44th exceeded our expectations. It is clean, very well-stocked, great location, and a great size for our family of four. Wendy was very responsive to any questions and a wonderful host. We would definitely stay here again!

Every Bedroom Good

We rented this house for a family event, it turned out to be better than our expectations. All four bedrooms were good, nice closets, nice beds and plenty of room. Baths were updated, the whole house was extremely well appointed. Outside had plenty of comfortable furniture. Landscape was well kept. We really enjoyed the house.

Great place to stay

This is a great house in a very nice neighborhood. We walked most days. Close to shopping and Costco. Kitchen is well equipped. Keurig quit working and was replaced the next day. Nice lawn in back yard for grandkids to play in. Barbecue worked well nice outside sitting areas and table with 6 chairs. Beds were great. Would recommend staying here. We will plan to come again

Spectacular Winter Getaway!

We stayed in this wonderful home February and March 2023. Our host, Wendy, went over and beyond to be helpful and responsive!! This clean, spacious house is ideally located in a quiet, walkable neighborhood near grocery stores, restaurants, shopping, and hiking. An open floor plan with 4 generous bedrooms and well-equipped kitchen allowed us to easily entertain overnight guests. We enjoyed outdoor morning coffee in the east-facing sitting area and afternoons in the west-facing backyard patio. Highly recommend this home!

Fabulous Stay!

This property was above and beyond my expectation of a VRBO. The house and property are spotless and wonderfully remodeled. The kitchen is very well stocked with cooking utensils/pots and pans/plates/glasses, etc. The beds are very comfortable, and bathrooms are clean and well stocked. The front and backyard sitting areas are wonderful with plenty of room to hang all together or have some quiet time to yourself. There is a very clean BBQ out back that works great. Location is very close to pickleball, shopping, hiking, grocery, restaurants. The hosts were amazing, responding to questions and always available if we needed them! Would stay again for sure!

Spring Break 2022

Our family enjoyed your beautiful home for Spring break. It was very clean, nicely decorated and had plenty of room for our family of 6. We especially enjoyed the back patio and fire pit. Wendy is a great host and promptly replied to our texts.

Great Place for a Golfing Weekend

This property was perfect for 4 golfing buddies to meet up & was centrally located to the courses we were playing. The house was extremely clean, quiet, and in a nice neighborhood. The bonus was having 4 bedrooms and plenty of common space to relax after being outside all day.

House on 44th

This is an amazing rental. I have never stayed in a place that was so well stocked and seemed to anticipate whatever you could need. It was central to everything and the back yard is very relaxing. Great place!!
