Padaro Retreat 4 BD Ocean Front Beach House

Located on Padaro Lane, this private oasis is a 4 bedroom 4 bath beachfront home that gives you a taste of what it's like to live in paradise with panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean! You can relax on the oversized patio, watch dolphins swim past and enjoy the fresh, salty ocean air. Fall asleep to the sounds of waves crashing directly outside your window - no need for a sound machine here!

THE SPACE:

PRIMARY BEDROOM- Wake up to views of the ocean in the airy and relaxing main primary bedroom which has a sliding glass door that opens up to a private balcony with two Adirondack chairs to enjoy your morning coffee. This room has a queen sized bed with a white linen bed frame and a closet to hang your clothes.

2ND PRIMARY BEDROOM- This bedroom has a queen sized bed and beautiful views of the ocean. It also has a glass sliding door that opens up to the private balcony with the primary bedroom. There is a closet with hangers, a dresser, as well as a TV that has cable.

3RD BEDROOM- The third bedroom has a queen sized bed with a small view of the ocean. There is a TV with cable, a dresser and a closet with hangers.

KIDS ROOM- In the back of the house, down a small flight of the stairs is the kids room. This over-sized room has 4 twin sized beds with 3 pull out twin sized beds. There is an attached bathroom with a shower, toilet and sink. The kids room has a TV with cable, toys and kids books.

BATHROOMS- The home has 4 bathrooms - 1 full bathroom located downstairs, and 3 full bathrooms located upstairs. There are two bathrooms in the main hallway across from the 3 main bedrooms. (Neither of these two bathrooms attach to the bedrooms) One has a standing shower and the other has a bathtub shower. The 4th bathroom is attached to the kids bedroom with a standing shower. The bathrooms have shampoo, conditioner and body wash.

LIVING ROOM-The main living room is located on the first floor and has a large L shaped white couch and a 3-cushion leather couch. There are two large coffee tables with fun coffee table reads. There is a 50” TV that allows you to sign in to your Netflix and other streaming services.

DINING ROOM-The dining table is located next to the living room and kitchen and is a raw long wooden table that seats 10 people.

THE KITCHEN-Cook up some delicious meals while staring out at the glistening ocean. This kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes, BBQ tools and all your basic kitchen needs. We have two coffee pots, a drip coffee to make big pots and and Keurig for your coffee by the cup. There is an electric kettle as well as a kettle for the stove. The kitchen has a Viking fridge, stove and oven.

GARAGE- The garage is where the laundry is located. We don’t provide laundry detergent but if you see some in the garage, feel free to use it. 

PATIO- The most loved part of the home, the oversized patio directly on the sand that makes outdoor living a dream! There is a BBQ, 2 fire pits, a large dining table and comfy chairs to kick back and relax in the sunshine and enjoy outdoor dining. Down the steps is a ping pong table, beach toys, boogie boards and 2 surfboards for your use. There is a foot bath as well as a full outside shower. A second small patio rests at the edge of the home and Padaro beach. Sit back on the adirondack chairs and watch the sun set and dolphins swim past. This patio is the perfect place and you will never want to leave.

WIFI/ENTERTAINMENT- The home is set up with high speed wifi. The router is located in the kids room. The TVs upstairs are set up with cable, and the downstairs TV, which does not have cable, is able to stream shows and movies from Netflix and other streaming services. There are kids games in the kids room.

BEACH GEAR- The house is located on a very private beach with limited public access so we are happy to provide our guests with 2 surfboards, boogie boards, beach toys, beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers and towels for all your beach needs. There are also ping pong paddles and balls. We ask you do not leave any items on the beach and bring everything back on to the property when not in use.

PARKING- We ask all guests to park in the driveway of the home. There are spaces for 3 cars. All guests are asked to park along the street on the opposite side of the house next to the bushes.

CAMERAS & SAFETY- We have two cameras, one on the driveway of the home and one facing the beach from the home as well as a Ring doorbell. These do not record sound. 

FAQ

DO YOU ALLOW PETS?

We allow well trained dogs to join you on your vacation. We charge a $750 additional pet fee. Please let us know if you are planning on bringing one on your vacation. 

DO YOU ALLOW LUGGAGE DROP-OFF OR CAR PARKING FOR EARLY ARRIVALS OR LATE DEPARTURES?

No, we cannot be responsible for your personal belongings or have our cleaning crew interrupted while preparing the house.

HOW CLOSE IS THE BEACH?

The home is located directly on the sand of Padaro Beach.

WHY DONT YOU COLLECT SECURITY DEPOSIT?

As part of our effort to help you relax and enjoy your stay, we have partnered with Safely to provide you with insurance protection. The cost of this protection has been included in your rental rate and fees and covers you for accidental damages during your stay. 5. QUIET HOURS are 10 pm – 7 am Please be respectful of neighbors. Padaro Lane is a very close and private community.

6. All rentals are subject to terms and conditions found on our website. If you reserve a property through us, you agree to the terms and conditions on our site.

7. Please don’t rearrange the furniture. If you do have to move something, please don’t drag it on our floors or patio, it will scratch the wood. If you move something, please move it back at the end of your stay.

If a violation is reported against any of the rules guests:

- will be required to pay the fines

- may be asked to vacate the premises without refund for the remaining days of the scheduled stay

Guest access

The entire property is available to you, so please make yourself at home. Only a couple of things that are off limits:

• Items in the garage such as alcohol, items in storage bins unless instructed by manager and surfboards in the garage. Those are the owners boards and are not to be used during your stay. We have provided two surfboards which can be found by the outside shower.
