Lovely, newly remodeled, Two bedroom Town House all one level no stairs on the inside 1st bedroom that includes Queen size bed. A renovated bathroom. Front loaded washer and dryer. Dishwasher. Second bedroom with A Bunk with a full size bed and a Twin Bed on top. Unit sleeps up to a total of 5 including queen size pull-out sofa in living room/kitchen great-room and a dining room that seats eight for dinner. Plus an outdoor shower with hot and cold water large back Yard for Hanging out or BBQ after a long Day at the Beach Brand new Fire pit. Two parking spaces plus extra parking pads across the street. I also have 5 beach tags. Close to casinos , Pub of St George, Wawa, Wolf Gym, Acme.. The Island Water Park lucky snake At Showboat Atlantic City.

Updates to the property Are new Fence, Replaced Sliding glass door in back bedroom
New Wood Burning Stove in living Room. New Oven with a Air fryer.

Nice space

The house was great for us and our dogs. The yard is private and is a nice space to hang out. The house has everything you need.

Time to relax

Great small house; a short ride to the beach and AC. Very Comfortable, dogs were happy , as well. Great communication w/ the owner. Second year staying there. I love Brigantine beach!

Clean and comfortable/ dog friendly

The house was very comfortable and clean. It worked for our needs being close enough for a drive to the beach( great beach) and Atlantic City. The owner, Frank communicated w/ us right away. I thought the grass needed a cut, ( bring your own clothing hangers. ).That’s all the negatives; not many.All in all, I would consider staying here again, for sure.

Perfect vacation rental!

I have been coming to brigantine since I was a baby and this rental made us feel like we were home! We had such a great stay. The house is beautiful (even bigger than the pictures in my option) the backyard was so nice to enjoy dinners with family and the outdoor shower was great after a long beach day. We were so thankful that this rental allowed for our dog to come because it made our stay that much better. Kitchen was well equipped. We have no complaints. Beach is just a short drive away and we never had an issue finding parking. We would absolutely love to come back next summer. Thank you Frank for hosting such a wonderful vacation home!

Labor Day weekend getaway

Wanted to stay in Brigantine for the Labor Day weekend holiday, and came across this cute rental. It was the perfect size for our group. One room had a queen bed, and the other had a full size bunk with a twin on top. Had a nice size back yard with a fire pit where we hung out in the evening. It also has an outdoor shower. It was close to beach where you can drive on. Frank, the host, immediately responded whenever I had questions. I would definitely rent again. Thank you again, Frank!

Great week at the beach

Another great week at Frank's place this year. Everything you need (and then some) is here! Such a dog friendly house and neighborhood. Very peaceful at night. Beds are comfy. The water gets very hot. Not a complaint, just a note for those with kids to be mindful when you're washing hands or bathing. Also so helpful to have a bathtub for the little ones although our 4 year old gets a kick out of the outdoor shower. Bring your own beach towels but there are plenty of bath towels. Thanks again and we'll be back next year!!

Perfect for small family

My husband and I rented this home with our 3 year old son. It was the perfect size for us. Very spacious and open living room, dining room and kitchen area that was big enough to be together without being on top of each other. The room with the bunk beds was perfect for our son and he loved finding playing with the games and toys that were in the house. We were very happy to have the outdoor shower to rinse off the sand before going inside to the bathtub. The fully fenced yard was more than adequate for our dog to roam. The TVs in the bedrooms were an added bonus as well as the full size washer and dryer. Very clean, well equipped and Frank was very helpful when we had questions. If I could give it 6+ stars, I would!

Perfect dog friendly beach cottage!

Highly recommend this cottage! This was our first trip to Brigantine and I was very impressed with the cleanliness (especially for a dog friendly rental) and overall comfort. The house was well stocked with paper products, soap, towels, linens and everything we needed. Outdoor area is perfect for cool evenings sitting by the fire pit and making s’mores. The grill was actually the same one we had at home and was extremely easy to use. We made BBQ chicken legs on the grill one night and another night roasted hot dogs over the fire! The kids loved the bunk beds and overall all the beds were very comfortable. We had friends pop over for dinner one night and they couldn’t believe how much nicer our rental was compared to theirs (and cleaner!) I was a little worried about the nearby beaches not allowing our dog on the beach but we were able to take him to the beach in the morning before the lifeguards got there and then we went back to the beach later while our dog slept in the afternoon. It was perfect. At night we often took our dog to the north end beach to play with other dogs as they are allowed after 5 pm. We would definitely stay here again!

Great island, Great Place

We love Brigantine and have going for years. The house was perfect my wife, dog and I. The fenced in yard was awesome where we sat and enjoyed the privacy as well as the fire pit. Plenty of seating outside. The house is well equipped. The host is great. He called to see if we needed anything upon arrival and was attentive to anything we needed.

I have been going to brigantine since 2004 Me and my Family fell in love with the area the people and Everything Brigantine Had to offer. We love the Beaches and the Restaurant's and how everything is so close.

This Property is close to the Cove which is a very popular area for Driving on the Beach.
4x4 permit required and it must be a 4 wheel Drive vehicle. This house is close to shopping Tanager Outlets and restaurants on and off the Island. The house is also close to the Casino Harrah's, Golden Nugget, and Borgata. Opening Soon The Island Water Park At Showboat Atlantic City

There will be 5 beach Tags. 2 beach Adult bicycles 2 boogie boards a beach umbrella and a beach cart to Cary all your belongings to the beach. Outdoor fire pit. and a outdoor lounge Area with coffee table. There is also an outdoor shower for after those long beach days to get clean up quickly with all the beach sand.
