Hello Future guests, feel free to always message me to negotiate price for longer stays. This space is new, clean, accommodating from the decor down to the comfort.
It’s in the heart of the city, neighboring to the galleria mall, restaurants, movie theaters such as ipic, levy park, the highway and so much more. 30 mins from both iah and hobby airport. Close to riveroaks district, prospect park, maryz, onyx.
The space
A 275 sqf studio unit, spacious, with a king bed, 50 in tv, kitchenette w no sink, and a full private ensuite bathroom w stand up shower. This unit is connected to a house but it is private, you have your own entrance designed to accommodate long or short term guest comfortably . Unit is one year old as home was built last year . Must upload id next to your face at location to our chat before check in.
Guest access
Self check in is allowed, ID will still be verified and camera surrounds the property to verify person checking in.
If driving, parking is available but limited. Ubering around the area would be inexpensive because everything is close to the listing.
