Are you Goin' to need a vacation getaway?? Look no further than this brand-new beautiful home that has all of the upgrades and amenities you could imagine, including a BRAND NEW PRIVATE POOL! Located just a quick walk to Middleton Park (with playground, splash pad, and summer concerts) and the new Publix grocery store, this home is perfectly located in Oak Island.
Prepare yourself to be wowed after stepping through the front door and taking in the expansive views of the Atlantic Ocean from the spacious, open-concept living and dining room areas. This home boasts three bedrooms and two and half baths of designed comfort for everyone. A spacious master suite is the first room as you enter on the left, with a king-sized bed, a large dresser, and a smart TV for entertainment. Modern design touches fill this master and en suite luxury bathroom, including a frameless glass, tiled shower, and large double vanity area. A second guest bedroom to the right features a queen-sized bed, a large dresser, and a smart TV. The third guest bedroom is outfitted with two full-sized comfy beds, a smart TV, some fun artwork, and plenty of space to hang out and relax. Another full bath is located between the guest rooms with updated finishes and a luxury spa-like feel. A half bath located in the hallway is perfect for guests in the kitchen and living area. You will also find a full-sized washer & dryer tucked away in the laundry closet off the main hallway.
As you move into the main living space, you will find a chef's dream kitchen boasting top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, a separate wine refrigerator, and an amazing oversized island for the ideal entertaining and gathering place. A gorgeous dining table awaits your seafood dinner night with enough seating for everyone! The open living room is full of comfy seating all around and bright with plenty of windows and ocean views. Walk outside where you can gather on the covered deck outfitted with comfortable chairs and have your morning coffee or sunset refresher while taking in the breeze. Downstairs is equipped with an outdoor grilling area, beach gear closet, and a massive outdoor shower to rinse off after a fun day at the beach. From sun up to sun down, you will find this home has many great features and lovely views perfect for your dream vacation and the gathering place for your family and friends.

BEACH CREDIT Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and more. The choice is yours. Please note, this offer is only available for stays between April 1 and October 31.
WHAT IS INCLUDED? Linens are included with your reservation and contain the following: flat and fitted bedsheets, pillowcases, bath towels, hand towels, and wash cloths.
MINIMUM STAY REQUIREMENTS As you will find when selecting dates on the calendar, there are minimum stay requirements based on the season. There is a 7 night minimum with a mandatory Saturday to Saturday rental pattern in the peak summer months, and there is more flexibility in the slower seasons. Great Thanksgiving Getaway!
This property was great for my family and our friends to enjoy a relaxing Thanksgiving together. The property was very clean, well equipped with all we needed, in a great location and just overall great. You can even view the local alligator in the creek from the porch. We would stay here again.

Wonderful house, very comfortable for our family of 6. Beds could have been a little more comfortable, too firm. But overall a great house, and location. Would definitely stay here again and recommend this house to others.

Wonderful house
This house was perfect for our family week at the beach. It was very clean, new and fresh. The pool is an excellent addition, that was perfect for the mornings and afternoons. The location was great for walking to the beach after nap time for some sand and ocean play. We cannot wait to stay at this house next summer. The rental company, Salt and Sand, was wonderful to work with and quick to help when needed.

Nice New Construction, But Backs to Publix Loading Docks
Pros: Decent location 3 rows back from the beach. Newer construction, nicely decorated. Easy to access the main road and can walk to a coffee place.
Cons: VRBO Map showed this place ON the beach, like in the water. It is three rows back, but you don't get the actual address until you book. I understand showing listing pictures to the best effect, but the slice of ocean shown is at an angle, and while we were there, construction started on a lot that will block that little remaining view. At the other angle a house was under construction about 70% finished and construction was ongoing. But the main problem is that the picture showing a little slice of water out front is a drainage ditch, behind which is the Publix supermarket back and loading docks. We heard construction noise during the day and 18 wheelers and back up alarms at the Publix starting about 5 am each morning. Be warned! Still, a nice place if noise doesn't bother you. Owner should disclose all of this and make the map pin accurate.
