Living room on each floors allows to have some privacy when needed.
Main floor LR open to the kitchen. Comfortable spacious sectional sofa with gas fireplace and a big screen TV.
Second floor LR- Comfortable sectional sofa with a big screen TV.
Ground floor LR - Large open area with two sofas and a chair. Bar table with stools.
Spacious gourmet kitchen with Quartz countertop with 4 stools. Stainless high-end appliances. Comfortable and bright dining area off the kitchen with a large table, seats 8. The dining room opens to a covered and screened in deck with a conversation furniture. Stone paver patio with a gas grill and seating wall. Outdoor dining table and 6 chairs. The outdoor shower comes in handy to wash off sand upon returning from the beach.
Master bedroom with a sitting area with a chase. En suite spa like bath.
Study/ bedroom with a desk and day bed with trundle. Perfect for some catch up office work if you need to. Spacious first floor bedroom with en-suite bath that has double entry from the hallway.
Second floor: 2 bedrooms with each with own baths. One is an en suite bath and the other is attached.
Ground floor: A bedroom and a private bath.
Parking for one car in the garage and 2 cars on the driveway.
Coastal Club is truly Lewes' and Rehoboth's only resort-style community featuring indoor & outdoor pools, swim-up pool bar and clubhouse bar by Big Fish Grill, designated kiddie splash park with interactive fountain and pirate ship play area, state-of-the-art fitness center, outdoor tennis & pickleball, horseshoe, bocce courts, nature viewing areas, arts & crafts center, and the amazing fitness center.
Walk or bike to the club house.
Walking/biking path entrance is located about 5 min walk from the house.
5 to 10 min ride to outlet shops and Restaurants and beach bus to nearby beaches. 3 miles to the family friendly Lewes beach. 5 miles to Rehoboth beach. 5-10 min drive to the beach, Lewes Ferry stop and Cape Henlopen State Park and many other attractive spots in Delaware beach areas.

This property is located within the coastal club, amenity rich resort style community. The community has gorgeous ponds, walking path and club house with bar, indoor/outdoor pools and pool tables. You can relax by the pool side while your children plays at the water park or play tennis/pickleball in the court. You can socialize at the bar area, playing pool or shuffle board.
There is numerous nature experience you could have. Beaches are about 10 to 20 minute drive. If you want to visit neighboring beach, you can take beach bus to all the way to Ocean City, MD for a day trip. The bus stop is about 5 minutes from the house. cape Henlopen Sate Park is 10 minutes away. The famous junction trail and seaside park for fishing, biking and kayaking.
There are numerous bars, café and restaurants. If you want to spend a day for shopping, there is Tanager's outlet malls along sides of Coastal highway.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial
Resort like setting for Coastal club lighthouse club. There are so many activities that can keep you busy within the resort, you don't have to leave the property at all to have fun and relaxing vacation. The house was built in 2021 summer. It boasts 3 separate living room areas which will allow intimate gathering within the rental group. The house has 4 Ensuite bath, 5 total baths. We are keep adding more features to the house to enhance the vacation experience. Although I can't accurately say the completion date, outdoor shower, stone Patio construction is being planned. The large ground level will be equipped air hockey or Ping-Pong table etc.
