If you are looking for a community that has resort-style amenities that is located just minutes from Lewes and Rehoboth Beach then this is the home for you!

This highly sought-after Chesapeake home built by Schell Brothers in Coastal Club is sure to wow you.

Walking up to the front door you will appreciate the front porch and the wonderful pond view while you relax on one of the rocking chairs. If you are lucky, you might even catch a glimpse of the many turtles swimming around or a blue heron catching its dinner in the pond!

As soon as you walk through the front door you will be in awe of the 10-foot ceilings, open floor-plan, custom paint, and hardwood floors throughout the majority of the main level. The front of the home features a guest bedroom with two sets of bunk bed. The first floor also features another guest bedroom with a queen-sized bed, guest bathroom, laundry room with laundry sink. The first floor also features the owner`s suite with a king-sized bed, tray ceiling, a walk-in closet, and a bathroom with dual vanities, a roman shower with a tiled seat, and a separate water closet. You're going to love the gourmet kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances including the 5-burner gas cooktop, double wall oven, microwave, dishwasher, French door refrigerator and the huge island that accommodates 8 bar stools! Hanging out with your family and friends is a breeze as your gourmet kitchen is open directly to the dining room and great room. You will love the great room and the large sectional sofa while you kick back and relax after a long day at the beach or at the amazing community pool!

The Upper Floor features two owner's suites (one of which has a king-sized bed, two twin beds and a private ensuite, and the other features a queen-sized bed and private ensuite). There are two additional bedrooms on the 2nd floor, one of which has a king-sized bed and access to the jack and jill bathroom and the other bedroom features twin bunk beds. There is also an open loft with a sofa and loveseat, which adds another living space for guests to relax and watch some TV.

Coastal Club is truly Lewes and Rehoboth`s first community with resort-style amenities. Featuring an indoor outdoor pool, leisure pool with swim-up pool bar, and clubhouse bar by Big Fish Grill, designated kiddie splash park with interactive fountain 3 story water slide, and pirate ship play area, state-of-the-art fitness center, outdoor tennis, pickleball, horseshoe, bocce courts, nature viewing areas, community garden, dog park, and 3.1-mile walking trail. A Coastal Club Parking Placard must be displayed on the mirror or dashboard of each vehicle that is parked on the street during your stay.
Please prioritize the usage of the garage and driveway parking to reduce the number of cars parked on the street.
Linens Package Option:
Pillows, comforters, and mattress covers are provided in the home. However, bed sheets, pillowcases and bath towels are NOT automatically included. For your convenience, Bethany Beach Home Rentals offers an optional Home Linens Package. The Linens Package is specific to your home and will include bath towels, bed sheets, and bathmats delivered to your home prior to your arrival.

The Linens Package includes the following items:

1 Deluxe Towel Set per Person based on the Property`s Maximum Overnight Occupancy
Set Includes: 1-Deluxe 54x27 Bath Towel, 1-30x16 Hand Towel and 1-12x12 Washcloth
1 High Quality Deep Pocket Fitted Bed Sheet Set per Bed based on the Property`s Bed Count

FREE Delivery and Pickup
All items are professionally cleaned and shrink-wrapped. Your Linens will be neatly packaged in a canvis bag and delivered to your home prior to your arrival. You will be responsible for bagging the linens at the end of your stay and leaving them outside the residence for pick-up after your departure.
Please Note: The Linens Package Option can be selected directly on reservations made through the Bethany Beach Home Rentals Website. For reservations made on the Airbnb, Vrbo, or any other Vacation Rental Website, the Linens Package Option will be emailed to you shortly after you've completed your reservation.
Rental Guests can also choose to bring or rent their own linens.
Lighthouse Club Amenities Passes
The Lighthouse Club Amenities Pass is an additional fee that is separate from your reservation and should be reserved prior to your arrival to avoid a late fee during the Summer Season. The purchase of amenities passes is not required to stay in the Coastal Club Community. Only purchase passes for those in your group that plan to use the amenities. Children under the age of 5 are free when accompanied by an adult who has purchased a pass. The Lighthouse Club Amenities include access to the Clubhouse, Children Playroom, Indoor Bar and Dinning Area, Fitness Center, Yoga Room, Indoor Pool, Outdoor Tennis/Pickleball Courts and Bocce Ball Courts. During the Summer Season the amenities also include access to the Leisure Pool with Swim-Up Bar, Splash Pool with Water Slide, and the Upper Deck Bar and Restaurant. Club Amenities are not available to renters on Saturdays until 4:00pm during the Summer Season. Coastal Club Community
Coastal Club is an extraordinary community that is rich with amenities. Situated around a 42-acre nature preserve with 5-acre pond, bordered by rolling woods and offering amenities unlike any other community in the Lewes and Rehoboth Area. Coastal Club puts you moments from the beach and close to everything you love about beach life. You can easily head over to Rehoboth Beach for the day, or enjoy fishing on the waterways and ocean. You can also explore Cape Henlopen State Park or head over to nearby Route 1 for the area's best shopping. You can enjoy a meal in Historic Downtown Lewes at one of the eateries that include Agave Restaurant, Lewes Oyster House, Striper Bites, Bramble & Brine and Touch of Italy and many more.

Less than 5 miles to Downtown Lewes, 6 miles to Lewes Beach, 7 miles to Cape Henlopen State Park and Beaches and 8 miles to Rehoboth Beach. Take the beach shuttle that leaves 1 mile from Coastal Club with free parking and travels to the Rehoboth Beach Boardwalk - it has its own travel lane on Rte 1 so it zooms past traffic.

Cleaning
Property Manager will provide professional cleaning services prior to check-in and after check-out for the Rental Guest. However, Rental Guest agrees to remove garbage and all belongings from property, clean food spills from refrigerator, counters and oven top and leave property free of clutter.

The home may have an outdoor and/or garage security camera and/or video doorbell installed outside of the living space. These monitoring devices are for security purposes only.

This property and location is the best we have experienced over the past three years of spending Labor Day week in Lewis. Roomy with spacious bedrooms and bathrooms for up to 14 guests. Club house, pool and associated amenities are top notch. Convenient location to all major attractions, beaches, shops and restaurants. Looking forward to reserving this property next Labor Day Week!

Annual Family Time

The home is beautiful as is the resort, HOWEVER, the description is 100% untrue. The "swim up pool bar" and restaurant are NON- EXISTENT. They don't have their liquor license and I would suggest changing this listing to reflect honesty!!!! I absolutely chose THIS location for THOSE amenities!!

The property was just as promised -- the house was in great condition, and the community was perfect for our needs: the outdoor pool, gym, and kids playground. The kitchen island was a great gathering space and we liked having the separate 'living' area upstairs for some of our group to break off. The house also included toys and books which we didn't realize when booking -- and this was perfect for our family with children of different ages. The one note for improvement is the kitchen -- it wasn't too well stocked with cookware and some of it was older and not in great condition - so if you're planning to cook a lot - I'd consider bringing a few pots/pans for your specific needs.
