Cozy house with stunning views

Our house is nestled up in the hills of Copperopolis and overlooks beautiful Lake Tulloch and Calaveras County. The location provides a central location for adventures, to Yosemite, Bear Valley, Jamestown, Murphys, and much more. Our spacious home is perfect for families, and we can accommodate 6 adults and 2 children with ease. There is a spacious kitchen, large living room with plenty of couch space. There is an outdoor wood-burning fire pit for nightly s'mores. This place is perfect for family getaway any time of year.



*Due to HOA policies changes, the Kiva no longer allows us to issue guest passes for short term renters. We can provide options for lake access upon inquiry.

We've stayed here two times - both times with kids and dogs and we love it! super kid and dog friendly with the fenced in front and backyard and love the board games and kiddie plateware :) hosts are super responsive. Would definitely stay again!

Very nice home that was nice and clean. It would be nice if the master bathroom had a door and the master bedroom had side tables for the bed. Communication was excellent. The driveway/garage is daunting the first time you are confronted with it.

Beautiful vacation Home!!

My family and I spent the weekend here and we had an amazing trip. The home is beautiful, location is not far from anything and the views are gorgeous. I would recommend staying here to anyone.

Me and a few friends stayed here as a pre-golf teip stay before our stay and play at Copper Valley Golf course. We've stayed other places before usually in Angel's Camp, but this was a lot closer and justvtje rightns

Clean and comfortable

We stayed here due to proximity to our families home up there. The house is roomy, the yards are fully fenced and it’s very clean. Steep driveway so it was nice that we were able to park in the garage. My children (ages 10 and 12) instructed me to give five stars Would stay again.

Six old guys, average age 79, at our 67th semiannual group retreat. Excellent rental---friendly, helpful hostess, clean, attractive, spacious, uncluttered, great- viewed home, and no more stairs for us.

Clean Lovely Home, roomy with comfortable Beds and well maintained.

Location was a little difficult to navigate due to steep driveway and stairs. We managed, however and the view was great!

A 9.5/10 Accommodation

Comfortable house, great view/outside area, clean, tidy, uncluttered, lots of beds, good cooking equipment/double oven, beautiful area, five guys, average age 80. Prius overheated trying to back up problematic 30 degree driveway. Had to leave it halfway up. Driveway is a scary challenge for the inexperienced.

Super Place to Stay in Copperopolis!

The house was great! Very clean and well decorated. The beds were very comfy and overall it felt very homey. We had slight issues figuring out the water dispenser, but that was more operator error. The living room couch was amazing and we spent most of our time socializing in that room. The views were great and the outdoor seating was adorable. Only small issue was the neighbors dog barks a lot.

Perfect for our needs

It's the little things I appreciate! Lauren answered my questions quickly and communicated well. It was a hot weekend and she let me know the AC was turned on for us. I typically do all my prep work at home or bring my own knives because they are always so dull they barely cut bread. The knives in the kitchen were the best I've experienced in a rental. The house was clean and in a great location for our needs. We had a great weekend and wouldn't hesitate to return if staying in the area again. Thank you!

Beautiful and Affordable

Staying at this beautiful lakeview property was well worth the stay! It was the cleanest VRBO we have ever stayed at to date. The best part, it was cheaper than a 5 Star Hotel! Other family members that stayed at a hotel were very envious and requested the address for their future stays.

Great host and house

Great experience at this house. We had to cancel our stay last minute due to a stomach bug and Lauren was responsive and helpful to do what she could despite us being outside the cancellation period. So glad we could book another weekend to enjoy the house and the surroundings. It was a great set up for our family, with each of our kids enjoying their own room. We used the grill, ate dinner out front with lake views and appreciated being able to pull the car into the garage. Thoughtful treats were left for the kids. The house was well-stocked with plenty of towels, incl. beach towels, some basic pantry items and cooking utensils etc. We had fun renting a boat at nearby Lake New Melones one day and stopped at Splash n'dash lake waterpark on the way back to the city. Nice to have a Supercharger in town as well. Would definitely recommend this host and house.

We had a seamless and comfortable stay. Everything in the house was clean and well kept. The house had all the features you could ask for, including a nice view. The hosts provided clear and helpful instructions and were honest to do business with.

Lake Day

The checking process was easy. The home was great and we loved the activities provided by the host. The nest furnace at was finicky. The kitchen was warm while cooking dinner, using the stove top and oven. The location of the home was close to the lake and it made accessing the water easy.

This property was bought about a year ago. It has been completely updated with brand new furniture state-of-the-art televisions and a brand new kitchen remodel. It is a single-level house and there is plenty of room to spread out.

The views at this house are unbelievable. It is close to town, Lake Tulloch, and numerous hiking trails. It is very quiet and nestled in the hills. There are incredible views for miles! On a clear day, you can see Half-Dome in Yosemite. You will be able to live the laid-back lake life that we love!
