A 3,200 sq ft home on 82 acre ranch with a beautiful vineyard located 10 minutes from historic Columbia and 7 minutes from downtown shopping in Sonora. We have a big open concept spacious kitchen for the entire family to enjoy cooking and being together. Fruit trees out back. BBQ Grill out by the pool.
Come enjoy this spacious home with your family and/or friends. So many fun activities and destinations close by. Perfect for families to get together. You can also book extra things like in home chef, in home massages, private yoga by the pool, paint parties, wine tours, and more!

Located 10 minutes from historic Columbia and 7 minutes from downtown shopping in Sonora. You are also 1 hour and 12 minutes from Yosemite. 53 minutes from Dodge Ridge skiing/snowboarding. 48 minutes from Pinecrest. 25 minutes from Murphys wine tasting. 46 minutes from Calaveras Big Trees State Park. Come enjoy this spacious home with your family and/or friends. So many fun activities and destinations close by.

-We are also an event & wedding venue - there is a chance there may be an event going on on the property during your stay. However, outside noise is to always be shut off at 10pm and the home you stay in while remain private.

We do also live on the property in another building, however, we completely give you your privacy and will only come up when needed or asked.

Massive, beautiful Sierra foothills property. The house's large, open floor plan made our gathering fun and communal. There's plenty to do nearby, but except for a few errands, we decided to stay on-site the whole time. Highly recommend!

Amazing weekend get away!

Our crew had so much fun lounging in the pool. The house was specious and private with comfy beds. Jessica recommended a private chef who cooked us an amazing meal! Perfect for a weekend get away with friends.

Great secluded stay

3 households- 3 generations of family had enough room to spread out, really enjoyed the pool area and seating. House is close the lake, and had ample amenities for the long weekend. Wish we had some sort of garage access for unloading boat toys, coolers, etc.

Best family vacation near Lake Melones

We had a fabulous time getting all 4 of our children and their plus ones together. Ages 20-36. There was enough space to not feel at all crowded and everyone loved cooking together in the amazing kitchen. Played lots of games, Bocce ball, played pool and played in the pool. The stars were amazing at night from the hot tub!!

Celebrating a Wedding

We had the best time while staying here. The home is really quite large, bedrooms are nicely decorated and furnished. The home has EVERYTHING you could need. We defiantly will return if we are back in the area. It was such a wonderful weekend for all, thank you to Jessica for checking in with us prior to our arrival. That made us feel so welcome.

Gorgeous Property--Great Hosts

Jessica was so wonderful--great communicating and went above and beyond to help us out. The kids (1, 2, and 6) all loved the toys in the house and played so great together. The kitchen had anything and everything you could need and was great to cook in. Thank you for everything!

Fabulous Sonora Retreat

Great for a big group

This place was great for our large group and we slept 13 friends comfortably with the addition of a couple of air mattresses. The host was friendly and responsive when we had issues.

Great Escape

Every year my parents, brother, and sister and their families come together for a summer getaway. Enjoyed staying in this home. We fired up the grill and just relaxed. Great outdoor spaces and everyone enjoyed the pool. Overall, great experience and would book again.

Amazing Weekend Getaway!

The property was better than advertised! House was very spacious, clean and organized. Great for kids with the room with the double bunks. Back yard pool and spa was awesome! Our host Jessica was incredibly accommodating and easy to work with. We all loved the overall experience! We will come again hopefully soon! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! THIS ESTATE IS A GEM!

A wonderful place inside and out

This house was the perfect setting for a bachelorette weekend - ideally located on top of a hill overlooking the property, 360 degree views and and a sun filled, private back patio with hot tub and pool. Even though it was April and pool was too cold too swim, it turned out to be perfect for a quick cold plunge or to hang out on floaties. The inside of the house is spacious with an enormous and well stocked kitchen open to the living room. The bedrooms are large with excellent mattresses and quality linens. With two additional air mattresses provided by the house, twelve adults were able to fit comfortably. Jessica, the owner of the property, was extremely helpful and accommodating, even offering to bring us donuts for breakfast. All in all a well deserved five star rating.

Perfect Spot for Family Reunion

Fantastic experience with Jessica who was so communicative and helpful. The property is lovely and is spacious enough to accommodate 12 people without feeling like we’re on top of each other. The open concept living space is great! Location to town and Dodge Ridge is convenient.

Perfect home for groups!

Jessica was such a great host and communicated often and promptly with us before and during the booking process! She checked-in to make sure we had all we needed. This home is perfect for a big group, there is more than enough space for everyone. The pool, hottub, fire pit, boche ball, etc was definitely a good perk! The home is secluded enough to really feel like you're on vacation, but not too far from town/stores in case you need anything. We did get visits from the ranch cat! Overall, it was a fantastic stay and would definitely stay here again.

Super responsive and professional!

Jessica and Brandon were super responsive. We had concerns with the wildfires, but they eased our fears with pictures and open communication. When at their home, they addressed all our questions promptly and were very proactive. Jessica noticed an air mattress leaking air, and she had an air mattress replaced and delivered to us shortly thereafter. The pool was a hit with our group. With temps 97-99', the pool was refreshing and the hot tub was very comfortable. All the kids had fun every day of our stay. Night swims were a great place for the parents to unwind and have some peace away from the kids. The bbq helped keep us all fed. We brought our own standard propane tank and hooked right up to the bbq. The massive kitchen was a place for us to get our grub and start our days. We unfortunately had an accident and Jessica and Brandon helped us through the aftermath. It's never fun to have problems on vacation, but Jessica's empathy, Brandon's help, and both of their communication helped minimize disruption to our trip. The ranch cat was certainly a daily visitor. She's very friendly, but we had a couple people who have cat allergies, so we had to spray the cat with water which was effective at keeping her away. Would have loved to get out and enjoy more of the massive property more. Boys had fun playing catch as we brought baseball gloves and mitts. Played bocce ball in the front yard and the kids had a blast. We visited the Moaning Caverns nearby and descending 165 ft into the Earth was certainly a unique experience for the kids. Will need to make plans to return and explore more of the area, including Yosemite. Thanks Jessica and Brandon for a wonderful stay!

Friends and family getaway

Our “village” had a wonderful time together at this special house. We’ve never been to Sonora and was a little worried we wouldn’t enjoy it but everyone from age 4 to 54 enjoyed it so much. The house alone had a lot to offer (pool table, swimming, acres to walk around) but it’s also so close to new melones lake where we rented a party pontoon and had a great time on the water. Jessica and her husband were very gracious and hospitable. Communication was great and they are flexible in accommodating our group. We would rent again!
