Screened Heated Pool & Hot Tub with Golf Cart - ONE Block to the BEACH!

Getaway from it all but still be minutes away from all the lovely attractions and restaurants the old city has to offer. You can ride around the quiet neighborhood in the provided golf cart or drive minutes into St. Augustine filled with amazing restaurants, coffee shops and eclectic boutiques.

Or if you prefer to relax at the home with a heated screened in pool and hot tub and cook in the fully stocked kitchen and coffee bar! Or order in from one of the many local restaurants that deliver.

The house has lots of indoor and outdoor spaces to unwind, relax and play. The yard is also fully fenced and private for your children or pets.

Contact with owners and local team should you need anything. Games, toys for in and out of pool and beach. You won't need to leave the house unless you want some beach time. We also offer, strolller, pack n play and a high chair for families traveling with young ones. There is also an outdoor fire pit (indoor fireplace is not operational) and tv in the screened area so no mosquitoes to ruin your fun!

No parties or large gatherings, house is in a quiet neighbhorhood.

We’ll be back!

The house is great! We will be coming back to enjoy the house and explore St Augustine.There is plenty of space, a great dining room table, and a nice kitchen. Huge fridge. Plenty of plates, cubes, etc. We spent a ton of time in the pool and at the beach. You can walk to the beach - it’s maybe 3 blocks. There are also a few places you can drive for like .3 miles, park, and you’re at the beach (one on the beach side of the street, at least 2 right across the street. There were not a lot of people, the beach is nice, and the water was refreshing.There is so much good food to eat - our best meal was at Reef, which is right on the beach. We had lunch, grabbed our stuff from the car, and walked maybe 20 yards to the beach. Mayita has great food and the quesabirria is yummy!The location is excellent. You can get to St Augustine proper in 10-15 minutes, there is a Publix 5 minutes away, and when you get to the house you leave that all behind.

Absolutely wonderful place to make memories! With the golf cart, a screened in pool, fenced in yard, and a short walk to a dreamy beach…I couldn’t imagine anything better. My kids don’t often ask to stay in a place again, but they also fell in love with this location. It had everything you needed (even for the dogs), the beds were comfortable, and we only had to buy masks for beach gear. I can’t wait to come back with my family. Mya was so nice and was very responsive when I had a question. We rented jet skis at Beaches, and will be doing so again next time!

We enjoyed the location of the house, which was a short walk to the beach. We spent time in the pool everyday! Our little dog loved exploring the yard. Neighborhood is quiet! Recommend with or without pets.

Quiet place to relax!!

This house is the best house we stayed since we start to rent a houses for vacation, quiet place to relax, the house is very clean, very close to the beach , the pool is very clean , and the golf car is the bonus , we 100% recommend and we gonna can back soon !!

Family vacation

The house was just what we needed for the family. The screened in pool was great for evening swims. The golf cart helped travel between the house and the beach access. Our dog loved wandering around the fenced in yard chasing the small Florida lizards. We would definitely love to come back for another vacation!

Amazing Beach House Amenities!

We really enjoyed the stay at Mya's house for our intergenerational group (grandparents, parents, elementary school aged kids, and dog). Fast WiFi, easy access to the beach (the golf cart is a bonus!), and the kids loved the heated pool, especially since there was a cold front during our stay. Vilano Beach is a great location to quickly get in/out of St. Augustine for visiting all the attractions, but also staying away from all the tourist crowds in central St. Augustine.

Coquina Oasis

My husband and I loved staying at this property. We could walk up the street to beautiful Vilano Beach. My husband and I took regular walks with our dog along the shore, just beautiful. We could walk in the opposite direction toward the intercostal waterway and view beautiful sunsets. The neighborhood was very peaceful with friendly neighbors. The house was lovely and the pool very refreshing. So glad we found this property. We were also close enough to visit with our grandchildren which was ideal. Thank you to Lev and Mya. We loved every minute.

Nights of Lights Getaway

The house was comfortable, clean and the kitchen was well equipped. The pool was refreshing and the outdoor entertainment area was nice and relaxing. The neighborhood is quiet and it was an easy walk to the park. Great location and easy access to St. Augustine. Enjoyed pizza from Vinny’s and lunches at the Sunset Grill (St. Augustine Beach) and Prohibition Kitchen (old town, near the fort). The Night of Lights tour was fun, amazing lights and holiday songs.
