A quick 10-minute drive takes you to historic downtown Saint Augustine, where you can explore the fort, the famous Night of Lights (from November to February), St. George Street, trolleys, restaurants, the alligator farm, putt-putt golf, museums, and more.

Great stay at the beach!

This property is excellent. A short walk to the beautiful beach and a great pool to jump in when you get home! Fully equipped with everything you need to have a great vacation! We had 6 adults and a baby and the accommodations were perfect for our group.

Beautiful house

Overall experience, the house was clean and beautiful. We enjoyed the location and the access to the beaches. The pool was the best part of the vacation!! Only complaint we had was the back bedrooms were hot. We had to buy extra fans to get air circulating in the rooms. It was a huge difference walking from the living area to the rooms in the back.

After speaking to these guests we called our air conditioning company immediately to come to the house and be sure the system was working properly. They came early the next day and found that everything was in perfect working condition as it is a brand-new system and the vents were blowing the correct temperature. The weather had been extremely warm that week with temperatures and humidity near 100°. We explained this to the guests and didn’t hear anything else during their stay so we assumed everything was okay. All rooms also have brand new ceiling fans The happiness and comfort of our guests is of our utmost concern and we did all we could to please these guests.

Beach Babe

Location Location Location The Pool was amazing The House was spacious The Beach & Ocean was fabulous Sadly, we had to deal with LIVE rodents, active bugs, and annoying smells near the treatment plant. Also, the refrigerator & freezer was not working properly and couldn’t keep our ice cream frozen 🥶 Overall, the house needs more tender loving care, and regular exterminator visits to accommodate beach guests. And again, the location was fantastic and our family visitors loved our vacation time together and touring all of St. Augustine ☀️

Vacation

We found the home to be average, but could use some improvements in livingroom furniture. Appliances all worked, but could be updated. AC worked good. We did have some issues with cockroaches,but they did send someone over to spray which helped. The pool was very nice! We did occasionally get some odor from the sewer plant across the street. The proximity to the beach was great (5 minute walk) and we loved the restaurants nearby. Whenever we had a request the owner responded immediately.

Perfect place to stay in St. Augustine!

We travelled with our family of four plus my parents and had the best Thanksgiving. Check in was super easy and the house was spotless. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed (which is rarely the case at a VRBO!) and my kids loved the games that were available to play. The highlight of the stay was 100% the pool. My kids were in it multiple times per day and loved night swimming due to the lighting outside. The house is an easy 5 minute walk to the beach and while it wasn't quite 'beach weather' we went multiple times a day to do a beach walk. (Gotta catch it at low tide because at high tide there is no beach to walk) Would 100% recommend this property to anyone coming to the area.
