Hidden jewel in Grand Bahama! Just a few easy footsteps away from one of the most gorgeous beaches on this island. The Bahamian beachfront paradise offers peace, solitude, and quiet from the hustle and bustle of daily life.

This is a ground floor condo! It boasts a private patio facing the ocean, along with an additional private garden patio where you can grill and socialize with your family or friends. There is a wonderful outdoor shower and outdoor closet, directly beside the ocean side patio. You can take delight in the 1.5 miles of secluded beach, with sunrises and sunsets to steal your heart!

Fully equipped kitchen. Boho theme decor throughout. Natural stone tile floors. Granite kitchen countertops. Washer/dryer. Free wi-fi. Lounge chairs. Snorkel gear. Pool on property grounds. Spacious, easily accommodates 6 people.

Grand Bahama is only a 30 minute flight from Fort Lauderdale or Miami; or 2 hour ferry from Fort Lauderdale. The condo is a short 12 minute drive from the airport or ferry port!

Gorgeous beach view! We had a great vacation and the accommodations were wonderful. Island living for a week wasn’t long enough. Owner was very helpful as was property manager! Everything you could need for a great vacation

Beautiful beach

We stayed at this property for 10 days and absolutely loved it. The beaches gorgeous and the house hostess was extremely helpful.

Bahamas Gamily Trip

This property is located right on a very nice beach. The condos and the property were exactly what the pictures showed on VRBO. It was nice having the beach and pool. Close to many things. We would definitely stay here again.

New Year’s Family Trip

The condo was clean, cozy, and right by the beach with amazing ocean views! It has everything you need, like a kitchen, comfy beds, WiFi, and Netflix. The location is great for relaxing and close to shops and restaurants. The host and house hostess - Yvounger are super friendly and easy to reach if you need help. Perfect for a peaceful getaway! 10/10 would recommend this wonderful condo!

Quick family get away!

Best Beach!

We visited most of the other beaches and for buttery sand and privacy, this is the best beach! The unit is the right size and well equipped. Clean, tidy, easy in and out - we couldn't have done better!

Clean place with beautiful view

Katie and Yvounger were very helpful before and during our stay. The condo was very clean and had all the amenities you could need for a beach “work” getaway. Very secluded and peaceful beach made for a relaxing week. Definitely will be staying here again during my next visit.

Such a beautiful stay!

We enjoyed our stay so much... the beautiful quiet. The gorgeous beach that's right there. Friendly neighbors. Kitchens equipped to cook together with family. Hosts and owners who were so friendly and easy to work with.Beach towels, snorkels, chairs. All set up to just enjoy. Thank you for sharing!

Paradise Found

Our family was absolutely elated with our stay here. The unit has everything you need for a fully enjoyable stay at Freeport and Grand Bahama. The property is beautiful, quiet, and surrounded by friendly visitors and residents. The unit itself was clean and comfortable. Katie (the owner) and Yvounger (local property manager) were always helpful and responsive.

Perfect beach getaway

This was a great option if you are looking for a quiet place to relax and enjoy the beach. We enjoyed having the beach pretty much to ourselves and during low tide it looked like a tropical paradise. We liked this beach as much as the ones north on the island. Condo was surprisingly spacious and had comfortable living room furniture. Easy to get to from the airport and 10 min from a big grocery store.

Excellent, just as described!

We had a very comfortable stay and were warmly greeted upon arrival by the house manager and many of the neighbors! Easy access to everywhere on the island that we wanted to get to, and absolutely everything we needed was right where it should be in the condo. Even sunscreen! The beach out front was wonderful at low tide. Highly recommend

Simple the best place

Great location. Stunning view. The beach right in front of the door. The apartment has everything you need and more. Snorkels, towls, enough plates and much more. Best place we stayed so far. You need a car to explore the Island. Thanks again!

Very private beach for the time we were there. Everywhere we visited, we always said how happy we were with our beach and accommodations. I don't think we would want to stay anywhere else if we visited again. We would definitely recommend a rental car, if you plan on traveling the island or hitting up the grocery store. Apartment had amazing views, sunrise and sunset. Great host. Only one accommodation could have made it better. I really enjoy a hot tub. We would definitely recommend this rental to family and friends.

Everything you could ever need

Not a beautiful location but the owner made sure that the unit had everything you could possibly need from fishing poles to beach gear to spices in the cabinets to the grill with all the items need to grill with to beach furniture, beach towels, ice chests, and the list goes on. The weather was bad. We had plenty to do and had a great time.

WONDERFUL!

We have stayed in a few of the Tyne Beach Terrace condos as we are Freeport a few times a year. This condo is BY FAR the nicest, cleanest, most stocked full of everything than any of the others we have stayed in. Katie did not miss one touch. From plenty of linens and towels to spices, coffee, and tea- we weren’t missing anything. The place was clean and completely free of ants and mosquitoes- which is pretty impossible in the summer in the Bahamas. Loved every minute of it and will continue to visit this condo.

Perfect Beachfront Condo!

We had a wonderful stay here at Tyne Beach Terrace. We were on Grand Bahama for Tiger shark diving and diving in general, this condo is located well for access to most activities and services. It’s beachfront on a beautiful private beach. Most days we had the beach entirely to ourselves! Very quiet complex with gated entrance, we felt safe and secure. Condo is very well equipped with everything you could possibly need. Fishing poles for fishing, games for any rainy days/moments, great wifi and more! If you’re looking for a lovely private getaway, I highly recommend this condo. Katie and Yvounger are attentive to your every need.

It really is a beachfront paradise!

We simply couldn't have asked for more! The condo was exactly as described and pictured; it had everything we needed and lots of little extras. The kitchen was fully functional and had everything we needed to make and serve meals. The living area was comfortable with plenty of places to sit and relax after a day at the beach. The beach was just incredible and most days we had it completely to ourselves, it was never crowded which is a huge plus when what you really want is to get away. The bedrooms were large with very comfortable beds and plenty of pillows. Having a washer and dryer was convenient. The property was easy to find and the check in process was a breeze. Yvounger was so nice and helpful and was available during our stay when we had a couple of questions about the island. This was absolutely one of our favorite vacations and we highly recommend this property and this beautiful island!

Perfect family getaway

Our family of four stayed in Katies place for 12 nights. The place was exactly as shown on the pictures. The kitchen had everything I needed for cooking and many more extras. Beds were comfy and kids loved their room. Two bathrooms were great bonus for us. We felt like at home with all the homy decoration and warm welcome right at the car rental. Katie always responded when I had a question. She was easy to reach. The condo is on the ground level which made it super easy access on the beach and we loved to go on the beach multiple times a day. The beach is so beautiful. Clean , long and all the privacy you need. The pool was a great bonus for kids even the water was cold. It was super clean with some water toys and lounge chair included. If I ever come back , I would like to stay in Katie's place again. It is truly all you need and can wish for.

Hidden Gem

I almost didn’t want to write this review so word doesn’t spread too fast. But I can’t. It is too good. Just a perfect place for us to relax and enjoy a very functional space just a few steps from a most excellent beach - one of the nicest beaches we have ever been to. The condo was clean and well equipped. Yvounger - the local property manager who met us at Brads car rental and drove with us to open up the unit- was the best. The pool is a nice area to relax with full sun almost all day. The south facing complex also gives you both sunrise and sunset over the ocean in the winter months. The complex was gated and safe. Anyone looking for “action” may be disappointed as the island doesn’t have that vibe - but we found enough to do and met lots of great people during our short stay. You can pretty much walk down the beach at low tide all the way to the two dollar bar and be welcomed by locals as you enjoy your $3 beer and $6 hamburger. Also recommend Lil B Fishing at the Reef Club if you like to catch and eat fresh fish. Just a great week!
