Completely remodeled 3 bedroom home with open floor plan and HUGE island. New Pool and outdoor kitchen added in 2022. It's the perfect home for family and friends to reconnect.
Minutes from Fremont Street and the Las Vegas Strip in a quiet subdivision with easy access to freeways, shopping and all that Vegas has to offer.
I live just down the street and will interact as much or as little as guests like. My knowledge of "the hood" can come in handy. If you have a question, please ask.

Stay was incredible. Hot tub was amazing—especially on a sore back. A quick Uber ride to the Strip. Nice, quiet street. Kitchen was well-stocked. Garage with an opener, too. Super clean. Zero complaints from us.

Me and my friends really enjoyed the home. We came in town for a concert and the home was perfect for us! It allowed us to have our own privacy and come together when we wanted to and we enjoyed the little time in the pool! Definitely hope to return….

House was very clean. Nice open floor plan. Pool was sparkling clean with plenty of out door seating and beach towels were provided. We met up family members from 3 different states and Las Vegas was an easy choice with reasonable airfares and lots of entertainment. This house was cozy and we were all comfortable lounging around and visiting. Yet close enough to the strip and downtown enjoy what Vegas has to offer when we ventured out.

An absolute gem

My family and I needed a place to stay in Vegas for a wedding. We wanted something clean, enjoyable for the kids, and close enough to the city where commuting would be easy. This place, BY FAR, exceeded our expectations.First, I can't say enough great things about Doug, the host. I love how he's close enough by to help out if needed, but he never "just drops by", giving my family and I the space to enjoy ourselves. There was an electrical problem with the hot tub. After one text he was over at the place to look into it, got an electrician over and it was fixed the same day.Second, this place is SO clean. You could feel it the second you walked in. I've stayed at 5 star hotels that didn't feel this good. It's stocked with everything you could possibly need and more. And the recent remodel definitely gives it a modern touchFinally, my family really appreciated all the entertainment options. The pool and hot tub were fan favorites, but the patio/grill area make outside an awesome hangout spot. Not to mention it's filled with a bunch of board games and a black jack table which we used for some fun game nights. If you're looking for a family friendly place in Vegas, this is it!!! We will definitely be staying here again. Thanks for a wonderful experience, Doug.

Hospitality above and beyond

Place is exactly as pictured. Nice clean, charming home with EVERYTHING you need from soap, shampoo, laundry soap, washer, dryer, Kleenex, TP, blow dryer, curling iron. It even has a water cooler, 2 different coffee makers, lots of k cups, coffee grounds, tea and sugar and every possibly dish and utensil you would need. The back yard was excellent, with a pool, hot tub, corn hole, bbq and plenty of seating. Besides the black jack table they also have board games. Location is close to freeway on ramp and takes about 10 minutes to get to the strip. Would be fun place to stay with a group.

Catacus, Pool, Spa, BBQ, yard Oasis in Vegas!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was in a great location (we did not have to get on the freeway; we used the back roads), and we loved finding Church's Chicken! It was quiet and private. I loved being able to park our car in the garage. The TV was easy to operate, and Doug was helpful when we had questions. We enjoyed our stay, and we would come back. Great break from the Vegas

Listing was very fair and accurate to the delivered product. VRBO host was very responsive and helpful. We did not have any issues during the stay. Hot tub and pool were great stress relievers after spending the daytime hiking, and decompressing after an evening downtown Vegas or on the Strip.

Just okay

The house was fine for what it was. It could have been cleaner. Hair in the shower drain that wasn’t ours, socks were dirty just walking throughout the house, etc. When we wanted to use the hot tub, we needed to wait about 20-30 minutes in order for it to heat up first which was a bit of a let down. It was a bit frustrating needing to meet the owner at the house for check in. Especially arriving at night. We needed to meet the owner at the home, then go back out to grab some groceries when we usually would have done that on the way to the home.

A spectacular property, with all the comforts of home and then some. The host, Doug, really has thought of everything and truly delivers on so many little details. Great stay and location

Has everything for a family to stay and relax and is a short drive to the strip , freemont stree and a great gluten free bakery 5 minutes away from house that had amazing food and drinks all sugar free and gluten free! Doug met with us for 5 minutes explaining some simple things and we were set!!! My family was 100 percent satisfied.

This home is absolutely perfect. Little did we know there would be a heat wave during our stay so the pool was perfect. The kitchen has everything you need to cook for a group, the rooms were spotlessly clean and well appointed. Truely the best rental I’ve ever stayed in. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

We have two Great Danes that travel with us and this location was great for all of us! Spacious and very quiet neighborhood which we love since we are from country living on 2 acres! Host was fantastic and has info ready about the area and great places to eat! Would rent again and highly recommend especially if you travel with your dogs! Camp Bow Wow is close by for daycare, where our boys go while we are at races!

Fun in Vegas!

Very much enjoyed our stay, with the location being very handy to the strip, shopping and highways. The pool, hot tub and BBQ/patio area was a hit with the family. The owner is very helpful and responsive to questions and requests.
