The Space:

With enough beds to accommodate 12 guests, it has plenty of room for all. The spacious living room, with comfortable and stylish sectional sofa, provides a perfect space for solitary relaxing, or keeping the whole family together. It is located in front of a large TV with streaming services, cable and a DVD player. Don't worry though, there are TVs in every bedroom, so there will be no fighting over the remote on this vacation!



The large dining table seats up to ten, along with an additional four at the breakfast bar, so there’s plenty of room for big family dinners too! The beautiful kitchen boasts spacious white countertops, complete with a large island, farmhouse sink, electric oven and a gas range. It is well stocked with a Keurig coffee maker, air fryer, slow cooker, microwave, toaster, blender, pots, pans, dishes, flatware, herbs & spices, utensils and Tupperware.



In addition, thoughtful amenities are provided all over the house so that you will enjoy your stay to the fullest. Items include boardgames, puzzles, books, DVD’s, outside games, lawn chairs, kiddies picnic table, high-chair, printer, safe, beach towels and an array of toiletries.



Each bedroom is stylishly designed and fully equipped to ensure a quality night’s sleep. All have plenty of storage, full length mirrors, an oscillating tower fan, and premium mattresses. The downstairs master bedroom boasts an adjustable king bed with remote control and walk in closet. On the second level you will find a beautifully decorated landing/living room area where you can play one of the plentiful games, read a book, or just relax on the single sized comfortable day bed. From the landing you can enter either of the two second floor guest rooms (joined by a Jack and Jill bathroom), one of which enjoys a king bed and the other a queen. You can also access the upper balcony from the landing or take the spiral staircase up to the spacious third level loft area which kids are sure to love. The loft includes 5 single bunk beds, a television with bean bags and plenty of room to play! This delightful home also provides a portable crib and 2 folding cot beds, just in case your little ones need to be nearby.



This beautiful home boasts a number of comfortably furnished outdoor seating areas which makes this property really stand out. The front porch, complete with rocking chairs, and the expansive balcony above, both overlook Bocce Ball Park. Each have twinkle lights and an oversized swing with plenty of additional seating to enjoy that morning coffee or evening glass of wine. At the rear of the property you will find a screened in porch with twinkle lights and a table with seating for four.

You will also find a welcoming patio area, with outdoor lighting, BBQ grill (fuel provided), outdoor shower, and a private fire pit surrounded by Adirondack chairs. The fenced in back yard means your little ones can play safely with the many outdoor games provided, and there is enough space at the rear of the property to park three cars, two under a paved carport with storage cupboard, electric and lighting. The Neighborhood:

Carlton Landing is designed so that every amenity can be reached by taking a short walk through the scenic landscape of this resort-style town. While the main attraction is Lake Eufaula itself, the town of Carlton Landing offers an impressive list of amenities. With free access to swimming pools, a hot tub, a swim beach and dock for fishing, basket ball, volleyball, ping-pong, playgrounds and hiking trails with a view of the lake you'll find plenty to do with your vacation time. Carlton Landing also offers frequent events such as live music, arts and crafts and fitness classes, pop-up shopping and festivals.
