Beck`s Bungalow Private Pool & Hot Tub | Carlton Landing Guest Favorite
Beck`s Bungalow is one of the most sought-after vacation rentals in Carlton Landing! Centrally located, and only steps away from Firefly Park and other amenities including swim up beach, parks, tennis & pickle ball court, sand volleyball, bocce ball and more! This home is stylish & cozy and comes with everything you need including a private pool (heated in the cooler months), hot tub, outdoor kitchen and fireplace along with a guest cottage. This lake house really has it all!
The Bungalow:
The main home sleeps seven featuring a unique floor plan with living spaces upstairs and the bedrooms downstairs. Upstairs you will find a living room that opens to a screened balcony, overlooking Firefly Park, a spacious, well stocked kitchen and a full bath. Above the kitchen you will find a loft with a twin size bed (please note there is a steep ladder to get to the loft).
Downstairs offers a primary bedroom with a King size bed and a bunk room with a Queen size bed and a Twin over Twin bunk.
These bedrooms share a full size bathroom with walk in shower. Guests will also have access to the laundry room with an essentials starter pack provided.
Guest Cottage:
This property has it ALL, including a guest cottage with a Queen size bed, full bath and kitchenette. This is the ideal spot for brining friends, parents, grandparents or teenagers! The guest cottage provides privacy while also being close, located steps away in the fenced backyard. The cottage has a Keurig as well as a Nespresso and a starter kit of coffee for guests to enjoy! With a newly installed video projector that drops down from the ceiling, this makes for the ultimate movie night in bed!
The Backyard:
While the home itself is picture perfect, the outdoor space is the spotlight of this unique property! Featuring an outdoor kitchen, fireplace, hot tub and pool, you will quickly realize why this home is one of the top vacation rentals in Carlton Landing. This large, fenced in yard has multiple spots to relax in your very private oasis. We do heat the pool in the cooler months for an additional fee, based on request.
Renting age: 25
*Violation of the smoking/vaping or pet policy will result in a $500 charge for each offense, plus the expense of any necessary cleaning. Violations may also result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of refund.

Hi! We are the Gautreaux family! We are so excited to host you and your crew! Our family visited Carlton Landing for the first time in 2020 and instantly fell in love with this hidden gem of a community. We left our vacation feeling energized, connected (as a family of 7 that's a BIG deal) and already planning our next visit. Over the next several months, we found ourselves sneaking away for weekend visits as much as we could, and built our first Carlton Landing lake house within a year! The following year we purchased Beck's Bungalow. We love Carlton Landing, and sharing it with other families!
