Con una excelente fachada frente al paseo marítimo, está perfectamente ubicado entre la piscina, la playa de natación o un corto paseo hasta Mama Tiggs Pizza y mucho más. La casa cuenta con 2 Master Suites y un dormitorio con literas con espacios habitables tanto abajo como arriba. Con 3. 5 baños, esta cabaña tiene capacidad para 8. Múltiples altavoces Roku, Apple TV y Sonos aseguran que pueda relajarse viendo sus equipos favoritos, películas o escuchando sus listas de reproducción favoritas. La espaciosa sala de estar de la planta baja se abre al comedor y la cocina. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Since the dining options in Carlton Landing are limited it was great to have a kitchen so well equipped. Probably the best we have ever had in a vacation rental. There was every appliance you might need. Instructions on how to work the TV would have been nice. My son-in-law had to hook up his laptop to the TV in order to get network channels.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property management was on the ball to help me when I lost looking for the property when first arriving. We had a great time exploring the neighborhood. Met some owners around the corner and they were so friendly and welcoming. The pools were the best amenities due to the heat during our stay. We look forward to returning during a time when the market and food truck areas are open.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay at Latitude Adjustment. Very convenient location. Close to the Boardwalk Pool and easy walks to Mama Tiggs, Food Truck Park, Town Green and swim beach. Loved having the covered parking in back for 2 cars. The kitchen was fully equipped and beyond what we expected-all the basics plus paper towels, dishsoap, handsoap, a crockpot, portable mixer, blender, cookie sheets, and plenty of tableware. This was important as we cooked most all our meals for our family of 7. Plenty of bath towels and a hairdryer in the master bathroom. The kids enjoyed the bunk room, and the grandparents enjoyed that the master bedroom downstairs was well away from it (haha). We were glad to have the Roku's. The large front porch swing and rockers were great. We would absolutely recommend this property!

We had an absolutely wonderful time in Eufala at this beautiful home!! The layout was perfect, the amenities were fantastic, and it was overall ideal for a get away that didn’t have an agenda. We hope to return in the near future!!

Our location was near the end near the beach, Meeting house etc. so didn't need to rent a golf cart.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: As grandparents, we value every moment we can turn into a memory with our grandchildren. We chose this location for Nonnie Camp 2021 and it was a wonderful place to be together. The home was everything we hoped it would be. The kids were disappointed that the TV in the upstairs living space did not work, but we were truly in the house so little that it was not a big deal overall. The home provided plenty of viewing areas. We loved everything in the home. It was clean and comfortable. Next stay will be on a weekend when things are open. Not much available during the week.

Our Stay @ the Latitude adjustment

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We truly enjoyed ourselves. The area was clean and provided several amenities. The WiFi was wonderful. We enjoyed the pool close by & also the lake area. All the people seemed friendly. This area is ideal to have a gold cart . We assumed we could rent one when we arrived however, it is wise to call ahead because the company was booked out for 3 weeks. This limited our use of the entire landing. We stuck to what we could walk to. We did stay during the week. We preferred that to try and limit crowds & it was great. However, in doing so you just take note that not all shops will be open if you do so. Overall, we had a great time and felt we were in a whole other part of the world with minimal travel.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Six of us stayed here for a Girl Getaway Trip. The house is fabulous and we loved it!! It was clean and had all the amenities that we needed. The 3.5 baths were perfect for us women getting ready every day. The owners have decorated it so cute! It’s in a great location too. We were there Monday-Thursday so nothing was open.. but we loved walking around this charming little community. We do hope to come back and would rent this very same house!

Exceeded My Expectations!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Latitude Adjustment has everything you’ll need and it couldn’t be in a better location. Everything is in walking distance and the town feels very safe. All the amenities you could ask for come in the rental as well, such as hair dryers, blankets, games, movies, cleaning and cooking supplies. You can even adjust the thermostat! We were able to connect and stream live sports TV from our phone even though the house comes with Apple TV and all streaming services. Super easy check in and check out with a door code too! You will not be disappointed with this rental, we can’t wait to come back!

Wonderful Stay

We had such a wonderful time in Carlton Lansing, and our cottage was absolutely perfect. Even though we were there Sun-Thurs, when many of the extras weren’t available (pizza place, food truck, etc), we still enjoyed every minute. The fire pit in the back was great for making s’mores, the kitchen was very well supplied, and the home was beautiful, just as the pictures showed. Thank you, and we’d love to return!

Beautiful Property and House but Poor Planning by Management

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall we had a wonderful time. The pictures don’t do the house justice, and it was even better than we anticipated. Loved that we had our own private fire pit and 2 porches. The location was amazing! So close to the lake and pool. The property could have been a little cleaner. We lost something under the couch and I don’t even want to say what I saw when I looked under there. We stayed Sunday-Thursday so most of the property amenities weren’t available and It was difficult to find this information on the website and app. Overall we didn’t mind because it gave us time to relax without the crowds. Wednesday we had Mama Tig’s pizza and gelato. So good!! My biggest issue was with the property management. I reached out before the trip to figure out what amenities would be open since I couldn’t find the information on the website. I didn’t get a call back for several weeks. The welcome emails I received had conflicting information and pointed me towards pages on the website that don’t exist (several broken links). The app is completely outdated (said several things were closed for the winter season...we visited in summer) and also has several broken links. The worst part of our vacation was that there is only one way in and out of the community and one day my husband left to pickup breakfast (because there is no where to get food or groceries on site Monday- Wednesday). They started construction while he was out and wouldn’t let him back in for several hours. So my son and I were without food and unable to do anything while we waited on him to get back. I called and asked to have a manager call me back but never received a call. The next day we tried to leave again, but the construction was back and they told him it could happen again. Glad we picked up a few groceries on our way in or we would have starved. Overall we had a wonderful time and the property was amazing. Just poor communication. If we knew ab
