We enjoyed our stay. It's just a nice little house. My bed was comfortable. Lots of toys if you are traveling with children this would be a great house for you.

Cute place!

Ranisha was sooo sweet and made sure we had everything we needed. Loved the cute little house we stayed in and the quaint, quiet neighborhood. I would recommend staying here, for sure!

Quick get Away

The property is nice for the price. The owner is not responsive to message sent through VRBO app. Also, there are baby locks on EVERYTHING so it isn’t real clear as to what you can use and what you cannot. Washer and dryer and that lock so we assumed we could t use it. When the owner finally responded, we found out we could. Overall the stay was good.

Family holiday

This house is in a nice quiet neighborhood and not that far from downtown city of Savannah. There are stores(grocery pharmacy gas stations) nearby The house itself is a cute and clean 3/2(no garage...but a nice long driveway for at least 3 cars!! The inside is neat and tidy! Small stocked kitchen comfy living room and dinng room furniture. Bedrooms are clean as was both bathrooms......I would definitely book this house again

Great Location

Location was great, 15 minutes to the beach or downtown and surrounded by restaurants and shops. House was clean and neat. Even though our group was all adults, the house was set up to accommodate kids. Goid experience.

My family and I stayed here for our daughter’s graduation from Savannah State University and it’s a quiet and pleasant home.

Great locale!

My sisters and I stayed at this property for a weekend getaway. We didn’t have any issues with the house, everything was clean & tidy and the accommodations matched the photos & description Ranisha was responsive and provided a lot of info prior to check-in, so we didn’t have any issues accessing the home. The backyard fire pit was a nice touch and the neighborhood is quiet even during the daytime. Some of the previous reviews mentioned damages to the wall/bad furniture but we didn’t encounter any of that so it must have been fixed recently. The house isn’t too far from downtown Savannah and several restaurants and stores are in quick driving distance so everything that we needed was convenient to us.

Short Stay-Additional Charge

Reserved for two nights-house advertised that it sleeps 8, so I was under the impression that we can have up to 8 people staying at the house. At first it was just two of us, but it ended up that there was a total of four of us. The property owner informed us that there will be an additional charge of an extra $50 per person per night, so an additional $200. I did look over the description on Vrbo and it states that there is an additional charge for additional people....but not that the advertised price is only for 2 people. If the house is listed for sleeping 8....does that not mean that the price is for up to 8 people? There is only a statement in the VrBo section "Property owner may charge extra for additional people". DECIVING. Also stated in the description that "Breakfast Provided". There was no Breakfast provided. The house is in need of repair, multiple holes in walls, dining room floor has a tear, trim missing in multiple places, mattresses are old and lumpy. I would not stay here again.

This house has so much potential, but it needs TLC (“tender loving care”). Some parts looked unfinished (such as paint around switch plates), and a closet that was not locked had miscellaneous stuff stored in it as did a kitchen drawer and lower cabinet. Many food items in one of the kitchen cabinets were past their sell-by date, some more than a year. Though listed as accommodating 8 guests, there wasn’t enough silverware for 8 - plastic utensils made up the shortage, nor could we fit all 7 of us at the dining room table at the same time. There were enough beds for 6 guests, but for an additional 1 or 2 there was an air mattress which we happened to find ourselves stashed behind the couch. The backyard was quite sizable and had a fire pit which adds a nice touch. Ample coffee (K cups) was provided as well as soap and shampoo. A dishwasher would have been nice to have, but truthfully I’m not sure there is room for one (lower cabinet space would be sacrificed.) It was great having a washer, dryer, iron, and ironing board. As I eluded to earlier, this house will be a true diamond in the rough once it gets the care it deserves. Even with its flaws, I was comfortable.

Quiet spot convenient location

Property manager was mostly helpful though the information exchange leading to the eventual execution of the rental was spotty. Old pans, broken furniture, subpar bathroom facilities.

This property is close to everything, shopping, dinning, schools, hospitals, recreational outings i.e Beach. Memorial hospital is less than 5 minutes away, candler is less than 7 minutes away, the beach is 15 mins away and downtown/forsyth park are about 3 to 5 minutes depending on traffic

Staying at this property will make you feel like you are a native of savannah, it is filled with so much charm and owned by a loving compassionate honest, respectful, hard working women.
