Experience Paradise! Stunning Beachfront Home, Your Ultimate Coastal Retreat!

Come enjoy one of the few beach front rental properties in all of Narragansett! Located directly on the beautiful family friendly Roger Wheeler Beach (Sand Hill Cove). This property is perfect for a summer get away. Three of the four bedrooms boast amazing water views, two of which have their own second story balconies. The house sleeps 12 with 2 additional pull out sofas in the living room. Just a short walk to George's Restaurant where you can enjoy their tiki bar on the beach or hop on the Block Island ferry for a day trip to one of Rhode Island's top destinations!

Check in was simple and easy. Darius’ communication was quick and he got back to me whenever I had a question. There was plenty to use in terms of plates, cookware and utensils in the kitchen for our entire family. The beds were all made when we arrived and there were plenty of shower towels to use. We did have to bring our own beach towels, which we had planned to do ahead of time. My only complaint was that the ice maker on the fridge was broken, so we had to use ice trays the entire week. The house is steps from the beach which is so convenient if you have little ones and have naps to take. All and all, we had a great time and will be back again next year.

Amazing views and great location

The layout was perfect for our first trip as a family of 6. Each couple had their own bedroom and bathroom. Every bedroom had a balcony with a beach view. It was wonderful to wake up and see the boats coming in and hear the ocean from every floor. The top floor had a 360 degree observation deck we loved. Sunrises and sunsets had a perfect view. We were also walking distance to the beach and great restaurants. The host was always prompt getting back to us. Wish we could have stayed longer. Great place for a few days or long term trip.

Very comfortable house in the dunes. In between quiet residential neighborhood and lively commercial district. Great views from second story, direct access to fantastic public beach.

Good location

Property was a good location and very clean. For the price It would have been nice to have shampoo and conditioner and body wash in the showers. Hangers for clothes, luggage rack to open suitcases. Also, a welcome book with the restaurants, ferries and activities. These are easy things to elevate the accommodations.

Great Beach House!!

Excellent luxury home on beautiful beach. The views from the bedroom decks and crow's nest are spectacular. Private back yard with mature dune foliage providing privacy for outdoor dining, bird and rabbit watching. The beach is literally steps away, with fine sand and great wave jumping. The local biking was great right from the house to Point Judith light house (watching surfers) and Great Island. We rode our bikes to the Block Island Ferry and spent a day biking there. Dinners at Georges Bar were great with fresh seafood. We also bought fresh seafood within walking distance from the house for family cooking. Walk up to homemade ice cream. There was something for everyone and we had a great time!

Special Seaside Spot

This is a big and beautiful home for gathering people together to enjoy all that is Galilee. Sea, sand, ships, and so much to see. Amazing views from the bedrooms upstairs. On a clear day you can see Block Island. The beach is just down the steps over the dunes out in front of the house. Enjoy swimming in Point Judith Harbor of refuge with gentle waves. Watch the ferries and fishing boats come and go. George’s of Galilee is just a few steps away for amazing food. Tiki Bar and Salty’s Snack Bar on the beach are great. House has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Kitchen fully stocked. Bed linens and towels provided. Lots of beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, a cooler, and a ping pong table in the garage. Just bring your own toiletries and laundry detergent and you’re good to go. This house has LOTS of stairs, even to get up to the first/main floor, so those with mobility issues take note. Nick was a great host and very responsive. We’ll be back!

We loved the beach and water access views from bedrooms are stellar!

The house is spacious and large and was tidy upon arrival. (Two issues upon arrival that I discussed with Nick and he was responsive.) The deck and at the rear of the house has an area of significant "growth" up to the edge of the deck and would benefit from a proper grooming (like surrounding properties) if you drop something off the edge it's pretty much gone unless you crawl in. There are no rugs in the house which makes it very difficult to catch any residual sand after hosing off(no outdoor shower but a hose) I put a blanket on the floor at the patio door. (There is a rug on the deck which I shook out and placed in front of the door.) The kitchen is spacious and easy to use although there was only 1 actual wine glass and 1 margarita glass, the Teflon pans were scraped/chipped and should be replaced, a large frying pan would be welcome. The knives were quite good, there is a very nice counter bar but again no stools, none of the bedrooms have a chair or a bench for relaxing or dressing. The linens were super, and the beds comfortable. The crows nest has a dormitory fridge on the floor but again no chairs or benches. The house is a very good vacation house but needs some detail/attention at this price point.

Right on the beach

We loved our December stay. The house is steps away from the beach for winter walks. There are outstanding views from upstairs rooms for stormy days. Spacious open floor plan on the main floor is perfect for family gatherings. The kitchen is well stocked andtheappliancesall worked perfectly. The house was impeccably clean. The heating worked very well so that we were toasty when temps dropped. Nick was polite and responsive. We have rented many houses in Narragansett over the past 10 years, and this house is head and shoulders above the rest.

Gorgeous house, easy beach access

My family stayed at Nick's for a week this August. The house is gorgeous and so comfortable and beach access is super easy down a private path in the dunes. Nick was super responsive when we had any questions or needs. The layout of the house was great for kids and grandparents, with one bedroom and bathroom on the main floor and a door that closed off the staircase to contain noise. The house was well stocked with bath and beach towels which was so appreciated. Loved having beach chairs and the beach umbrella at the house so we didn't have to load up our own (plus the chairs are so comfy). Location was excellent as well with lots of restaurants and the Block Island ferry nearby. I would absolutely stay here again. Thanks Nick!

Beachfront fully equipped house

The house was very well appointed and Nick was incredibly responsive. The beach is just out the back door but with privacy from natural greenery. It is a very short walk to restaurants, bars and the ferry which makes this house great for young guests or families. Thank you for a lovely visit!

Last minute getaway

I rented this beautiful beachfront home for Father’s Day weekend, pictures don’t even do this gorgeous home justice . Comfortable beds and cozy areas to relax with loved ones! The only regret is that we didn’t stay longer.

Beautiful, spacious and very well maintained house. There are not many actually on the beach houses in Narragansett, so this is an incredible find. Well stocked kitchen, beach chairs, umbrellas. We took advantage of the recent warmer weather and spent a lot of time outside but if you are stuck with bad weather, this is the house to be in for sure...
