Blue Coral is a magnificent, luxury 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo villa with spectacular views of the Caribbean waters and surrounding islands. It was featured in Destination Magazine.

The town of Cruz Bay, the ferry dock and taxi stand are just a short walk away. Even though we are really close to the bars/restaurants/shopping - you will not hear any noise from the town. That differentiates us from some other places in Cruz Bay.

Our place is also the highest elevation in Palm Terrace (the 6 unit condo complex) with the best views. Please take a moment to read the wonderful reviews we have received.

In Cruz Bay you will find plenty of shopping, many fine restaurants, and active night life as well as, two grocery stores, a bank, a library and several churches.

Furnished with a king bed and three queen beds, it is ideal for a family or a few couples. Top quality linens and towels are provided as well as beach towels, beach chairs and coolers. Each of the three baths has a large, walk-in shower. There are large closets throughout as well as a laundry room within the condo. The dining room boasts a carved mahogany table that comfortably seats eight.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, dishes, glassware, coffee pot, Keurig, blender, pots and pans, spices, and many other kitchen gadgets.

The main balcony provides comfortable seating for dining and drinking while enjoying the exquisite views of the Caribbean water and surrounding islands. The balcony off the master suite commands panoramic views and ultra-comfortable lounges as well as a teak table and chairs for an intimate dining experience. Balcony ceiling fans provide additional comfort.

The unit has central air conditioning and each room has a ceiling fan. The great room has cathedral ceilings and a 65'' Hi-Def wall-mounted TV. All three bedrooms also have Hi-Def wall-mounted TVs. WIFI is included.

If you feel you must work while in paradise, there is an office area off of the Blue Bedroom.

Ample parking is available. Relax by the pool in one of the many lounge chairs. Grill your steaks or fresh fish by the pool on one of the two large stainless steel grills.

Our island host will greet you upon your arrival . They will acquaint you with your accommodations and share an extensive knowledge of the island, including local amenities, restaurants, beaches and hiking trails and ensure you have everything you need to make your experience wonderful.

Great location near downtown, nice space, great amenities. Not the owner’s fault but only down side was every time we went out to use the balcony the neighbors were smoking which was disappointing to not get to enjoy the outdoor space.

Roof construction terrible noise and toxic smells from the tar or whatever they were putting on the roof. The owner texted Saturday night 6 hours before my California family was to board their red eye to St. John’s. I was told that the roof construction did not finish due to a weather delay and it would not be intrusive but the workers would be there on Monday to finish up. That was not true. The workers were there Monday through Friday and parked their trucks taking up four parking spots leaving us terrible options to park our jeep! We never spent any leisure time in the rental, due to the noise and smell. We were charged top dollar to stay in a construction site

Condo within walking distance of town

Enjoyed our stay with 2 teens. Beach chairs and towels for all of us plus some snorkel gear. Very nice to have a kitchen and laundry. Lovely view and so nice to walk to town.

Beautiful views! We got to see lots of native wildlife. The property is spacious and has all the amenities. They even had chairs and beach towels for guests to use. The covered balcony was nice to sip coffee in the morning and relax at night after a long day on the beach. It is walking distance from many restaurants and shops but secluded enough not to hear any noise.

Great place

We have been coming to St. John for 15 years and have stayed at numerous VRBOs/Villa's, Blue Coral is now among our top choices. The place was the perfect size for our group of 5. The view was spectacular. The place was stocked to meet all of our needs - beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas. Very clean. Management guys were great. We didn't need much, but when we asked for something, they promptly addressed it. Location was awesome. We were able to walk to and from town for dinner and shopping. We will definitely be back. Thanks for an amazing stay.

Beautiful place, perfectly located, great hosts

We were a group of 3 couples, old friends. This place really felt like a home. It is beautifully appointed and decorated with good furniture and great towels and linens. The rooms are large and comfortable, the kitchen fully equipped for most any culinary adventure. The property manager had been excellent in answering question and arranged for us to be picked up upon arrival at the ferry. The condo is only a 5 minute walk to the center of town, yet situated on a hill overlooking a bay and other homes. There truly was no noise form town there. But plenty of bird song and rooster calls in the morning. The place is peaceful and quiet. We enjoyed the pool and watching the iguanas hanging out there and in the tree tops .As a host myself I appreciated the care, considerations and hospitality that James and his wife provide. As well as Chris and Tyler.One word, you'll need a car to get around if you want to go to the best beaches. The driving isn't bad, but slow and steady.

Amazing villa, location, and view

We loved our stay! Everything was as described. The view is amazing and I spent every morning reading the paper on the covered balcony. We easily walked to town for all of the restaurants and avoided the parking hassles. We had a spot to park right in front of the villa which made our trips to the beaches and back a breeze. The villa itself is large and well-maintained. Newer appliances including a washer/dryer. There were even beach chairs, coolers, and snorkle gear that we borrowed. Chris, the PM met us at the house when we arrived and showed us around. He made himself available if there were any issues, but there were not thanks to his diligence in maintaining the property on the front end. We would (and likely will) stay here again.

Blue Coral Retreat in St John

We absolutely loved your home! All the bedrooms were spacious. Everyone had their own bathroom, the living room and kitchen layout were open and spacious with beautiful views! The kitchen had everything you could need. The porches off the bedroom and living room were fantastic with comfortable furniture and a place to sit and eat or play a game of cards in the evening. We had several iguanas in the tree outside of the bathroom window every morning, we could hear the peacocks and roosters in the afternoons and evenings, even met a few island kitties on our walks down into town, we relaxed on the porch and watched the boats go by, and the pool was just below us so if the kids wanted to swim, we could see them and talk to them from the porch - it was such an authentic island experience. Very relaxing beautiful home with amazing surroundings. Some reviews referenced the big hill - it was steep, but short and quick. It is the hill that gets you the elevation and views... and we enjoyed so much island food and beverages that we appreciated the exercise. Also, the location is amazing! We rented a car and decided to cancel it - didn't need it. You can walk to everything and meet your boat or get a cab from Cruz Bay easily. I cannot imagine any place being better than this one for a family or group of couples.

Coral Bay townhouse

The property and location were ideal for my family. The bedrooms were perfect and the kitchen had all the amenities we could use. Checking in was simple and easy from the ferry. I would highly recommend this location

Beautiful Getaway

If you are looking for a beautiful getaway close to Cruz Bay, this is your house! The property is exactly as it looks in the photos, just stunning, we couldn’t have asked for better vacation home and location. We will definitely return again. :)

Beautiful Caribbean Getaway!

We had a wonderful time staying here on our holiday to St. John. It was very clean and roomy. The pictures don't quite do the space justice on the room you have to just lounge around and feel comfortable. It's great! We did have some power issues, but that's on St. John in general not a knock on the place itself. I bring it up though because I wanted to mention that this space doesn't have a backup generator. So if the power does go out, it's out. Thankfully even with the outages, we were still able to enjoy our time here on the island and most of the restaurants had generators, so we never went hungry or had a lack of Painkillers! Haha! There was mention about steep hills around the property. That is true, our group didn't find them to be overwhelming at all. Honestly was a nice exercise to work off those painkillers. Something to be mindful of if your party has mobility issues. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would gladly return! The location is fantastic and close to town, plus the property manager was very kind and helpful with suggestions!

Love being close to Cruz Bay!

Blue Coral is an easy place to stay for all things on STJ. I l love being able to walk to Cruz Bay for coffee, drinks, dinner or a boat trip. Parking in Cruz Bay is always a challenge so this matters to me even though the walk is tough. The condo is spacious, the 5G worked well when the electricity on Island was working, and there are coolers, chairs and other beach gear to use in the villa. The AC works as good as can be expected in STJ or any of the many villas I have stayed in the past 30 years. Our onsite Caretaker, Chris, was enthusiastic and quick to help especially when we had a few days without power. Although not ideal in the Caribbean heat, we have come to expect this on STJ. I/t would be great if Palm Villa invested in generators for their units so at minimum, toilets could be flushed during these outages. The kitchen is stocked with most supplies. We ate out almost all the time so cooking isn't really important to us. The Master Bedroom had a great balcony and shade for the windows so we could keep it as cool as possible during the day. It would be nice to have curtains or shades across the big windows in the Living Room too. It looks like they might have been there in a previous life. But, shades while we are out during the day, would certainly help keep the place cool. We didn't use the pool as it wasn't full and leafy most days. Having stayed in Palm Villas multiple times now, this was strange. We are the beach most days, anyway. Loved Blue Coral!

Our family of four had a wonderful time at your vacation rental. Plenty of room for everyone and very comfortable. Beautiful views and stocked with all the beach accessories. Would definitely recommend!!

Great Home Away From Home

My family and I stayed at the villa for my brother’s wedding and had great accommodations and a great location. The villa is very well constructed and comfortable. Very walkable to Cruz bay. Thank you for our stay!

Nice but needs attention

We enjoyed our stay at Blue Coral. It is a nice home with beautiful views. However, there are things that need attention. When we arrived for the first few days the home was very hot. The thermostat was set at a fixed temperature that we could not change to get it cooler. We called the manager and he came and moved the thermostat to 65. We were told not to change it because if we did it would reset and we could not get it cooler again. So now we just dealt with it being too cool. The ice maker barely makes any ice. The entrance to the home is really dangerous. You have to step way up and there are 2 raised places that make it a tripping danger. We had to clean the shower and the toilet in one of the bathrooms. The sheets on the king bed were very knotty. We got them to replace them. The manager said they were really bad and threw the sheet away. The dishwasher did not clean the dishes. We had to re-wash them each time. In the king bedroom the door was hitting so we could hardly get it closed. The water pressure was really poor. The couch needs to be cleaned. The floors left your socks black. The description said there was cable but it kept coming up saying you need to subscribe. The description says you can walk to town. That’s true if you are young and in excellent physical condition. The steep hills make it impossible for the average person. If some attention was given to such things as these, the home would be a very nice home to vacation in.
