Recently updated with new paint, floors , fixtures and countertops. The home features a queen bed as well as a twin and bunk bed twin/full combo. The couch and loveseat also function as a sleeper sofa all with bedding provided. Fully furnished including a TV and Wi-Fi access. Fully fenced backyard and pet friendly property. Very Beautiful Home!

Me and members of my dance team stayed here for a dance competition and we had a great time staying here. It was really spacious and everything is so close by. I loved how convenient it was because we where very close to the performance venue. The host provides lots of extra stuff which i’m so greatful for. If your going to college station i would rreccomend here especially if your going to the legends event center!

Cozy Home

We travel with our furbabies so this listing worked out perfectly. The backyard is amazing for your furbabies. It was very cozy and alot of room for the family. Would book again when we come back.

Great Location + Dog Friendly

Perfect location for a conference being held at the Hilton College Station Hotel. Lots of room(s), space, and a great outdoor area for our puppy. Will stay again if we find ourselves in the CS area.

Texas A&M Baseball Camp

Clean, cozy, & cute! Location is great with shopping & restaurants all close by. We were there for baseball camp & the location was perfect only about 2 miles from the university. We enjoyed it & can’t wait for our next visit!

Close to campus, lovely home

Enjoyed our stay at the quaint home close to A&M campus while visiting our student. Very short and easy drive to campus, quiet neighborhood, fenced backyard for our dog, clean and tidy home, responsive owner. Had everything we needed. We will be back for sure!

Clean, convenient, close to TAMU

Nice, comfortable home with updated kitchen and bathroom. Comfortable beds and nice fenced backyard for our dogs. Quiet neighborhood close to TAMU and downtown Bryan. Lots of natural daylight, good wifi signal, one car garage, covered driveway, good quality linens, well stocked pantry of essentials/paper goods, easy check out. We would stay here again.

Look for better next time

My wife and I booked this reservation thinking we were getting a good deal. However, upon check-in my wife (who has allergies) began having an allergic reaction to the air inside the house. There was a strong smell of mold/mildew. She told me she could not stay there. Since we already had the booking and I am less sensitive to allergies, I stayed the nights on my own. That was the only complaint.

Great little place near A&M

We enjoyed our short stay at this property. The house is well maintained for being such an old home. We found it comfortable and clean. The home owner provides extra paper towels and cleaning supplies. This was a huge convienence for us and we appreciated that added touch. The bedding and towels were soft and plentiful. The surrounding area is easy to navigate and get to and from A&M and softball fields. We brought our dog and he enjoyed the yard and made friends with neighboring dogs. If you don't have a friendly dog this yard may not be good choice for you. Overall, we will stay again next time we visit College Station.

Nicely appointed house for a great price

The house had everything we needed and was very comfortable. The host, Melissa, was very responsive with any questions. Only draw back to the house was the strong musky/moldy smell. It wasn't something that I couldn't overlook but it's a strong order. The property is a fantastic value for what you get.

Winter getaway

It was just as the pictures showed. We stayed for 6 weeks and it was perfect for us location wise. The host is great to work with and replies very quickly to any questions. We will definitely keep this in mind for future visits.

Great place to stay!

We came for thanksgiving and needed some extra space. My wife and I came and stayed with my two adult children and one dog. This property is pet friendly so it fit our needs perfectly. The house was small and cozy and fit our needs. Would definitely stay here again.
