Perfect location on the Beach in The Heart of Gulf Shores. Island Wind West unit #770 sits in the Most Desired Locations in Gulf Shores. It is walking distance to the Hang Out, Shrimp Fest and many restaurants. Spacious 3 bedrooms 2 bath Low density Complex, meaning no long waits on the elevator, no crowded pools. Newly furnished living room and bed rooms. Fully equipped kitchen. The dinning area seats four, with four additional bar stools. Washer and Dryer . Master suite has King - sized bed with TV. Second bedroom has queen -sized bed with a TV. Third bedroom has one double bed with single bunk on top plus single bed and a TV. Wireless internet provided.
Amenities include Air Conditioning, WIFI, internet, BBQ Grill, Beach Front pool, heated in the winter, and Kiddie pool. Newly renovated Gym ! You get parking passes next door at Island Wind East office it’s $50 for a pass. It’s Limited to 2 passes.

The beach was great as always, the pool was nice and clean. The host was GREAT! Easy to get in touch with and the condo was so nice and clean. We lived our stay and will stay again.

Great space, plenty of room and great view!

This was perfect for our family. We loved how close of a walk out to the beach. The balcony was great to have my morning coffee or drink in the evenings. Would stay again for sure!

Perfect condo and location

This condo was perfect for our group. It is very spacious and accommodating. It is within walking distance of multiple restaurants and shops. The pool on site was always clean and Desiree was very helpful with the questions that I had.

Great spot, great communication with the owner. Just make sure you bring extra toilet paper, paper towels etc. Stay was great and will definitely book again!

2023 Gulf Shores Family Vacation

The property was an easy walk out to the beach, and the layout of the bedrooms suited us well. The property was nicely furnished, and the building seems well maintained. Our only complaint is that the floors needed a good mopping.

Nice property on the beach

The condo was in excellent condition and we had everything we needed. Plenty of towels, dishes, silverware, paper towels and toilet paper. We could see the ocean from the window and the balcony. Very good location near all the attractions.

Loved it!!

There was only an issue with obtaining a parking pass the night we got there that was no fault of the owner, but other than that it was pretty much perfect! We loved the property and location. We walked to the hangout for our first dinner out and it was a blast! I highly recommend this place for anyone looking!

Very impressed with this condo! Very clean!!!! Had all the little things you need to just walk in and start your vacation! K cups, wine opener lol TP and paper towels. Even had laundry detergent! Owner checked on us from the very beginning and when we departed !!! Walked to hangout

Perfect condo for our beach stay

The condo is beautiful and very large! Easily sleeps 10 people!! The kitchen was fully furnished with everything we needed. The bedrooms were large and very comfy. Bathrooms were stocked with plenty of towels. The owner clearly has pride in this property. The view of the beach is from the side of the building but the balcony is large and great sturdy furniture. Its close to all sorts of restaurants and souvenir shops. Great stay and we would definitely stay there again!!!
