Welcome to the heart of the Promenade in Old Town! Walk to EVERYTHING in Vibrant Old Town and enjoy the comfort and well-appointed finishes of this newly updated, spacious corner townhome. It has two verandas to enjoy outdoor space, as well. Whether it’s a couples getaway, attending a local wedding, a trip with family and friends, scouting local real estate, working close by or just time to RELAX, HAVE FUN and GET AWAY… This place is just perfect.

Quality new furnishings, comfy beds, fluffy white towels, organic bath products, and the coffee and tea bar are just some of the special things that you will find here. We are avid travelers and we have done our best to provide travelers' favorite amenities. Just pack a bag! We have thought of everything. This is the PERFECT location to be able to see and experience all that the low country has to offer.

Enjoy... walking to the low country's best restaurants and shops, the activities at the May River, lots of art galleries, historic sites like Heyward House and Church of the Cross, etc... And, just a short drive away, you can golf at Bluffton's/HH's many famous golf courses, shop at the Tanger Outlets, go to the beach on Hilton Head Island, visit Beaufort, Daufuskie Island, or Savannah, or head to any of the many other close-by attractions.
This home is the perfect home base for a variety of day trips!

From our balconies, you will take in the view of the palm trees and Promenade Park. The sights and sounds of music and the low country culture will captivate you. Inside, pour a beverage as you catch up on email with our powerful Wi-Fi. For further relaxing, this spacious home provides two master suites and a living room-loft area with a sofa (memory foam) bed.

*Note: As mentioned in a few old reviews, this gorgeous townhome HAD a wine bar below it that brought in live music on Friday and Saturday nights. This wine bar has left the Promenade. While you can enjoy restaurants and music close by, there is no longer loud music below our townhome.

The location of this residence could not be better to explore the lovely area of Bluffton. Our hosts were always in communication with us. We found the home full of amenities and was very clean. I highly recommend this unit.

What a treat it was to stay at Promenade Place - A perfect 10! Sue and Sean are excellent hosts, very welcoming and engaging, and were just as excited as we were about our stay. Perfect location

Great location in the middle of old town. loved the beds and common spaces. Very comfortable. Parking was a challenge and downstairs bar had music on the weekend until 11:30pm but is moving at the end of July 2022

Beautiful townhome

This is an exceptionally clean and comfortable townhome. Comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, everything in excellent condition. Easily walkable to many area restaurants and shops. As the owners stated , the bar downstairs has live music on the weekends which you can hear in the condo. Simplest solution to that is to join the fun!

Great property and location!

We rented for close proximity to family visiting Hilton Head. The apartment itself is spacious, spotless, newly decorated and fun! The two separate living spaces along with the two outdoor spaces makes it extremely flexible for a variety of set-ups or groups. The location can’t be beat, and the owners are extremely courteous and helpful! Can’t say enough good things, and we will definitely stay here again. We were early in the season and slept in the top floor king room so we had no issues with noise on our stay.

Next door neighbor

Woman renting adjacent condo constantly comes about our 10 lb dog. Was listed as”pet friendly “and was not. I ended up staying at home most of the time bc neighbor would complain even though she had blasting music and guests until 1am. Once she left everything was fine for the last week!

We have had the pleasure of hosting some amazing guests and some of them travel with a beloved pup. On a very rare occasion, like this one, we host a guest with a pup who barks continually when they are left alone in an unfamiliar place. It goes without saying that this can be disturbing to anyone in the vicinity. Townhomes, condos, hotels, etc…are simply not good options for travelers with older pups who tend to bark a lot in these circumstances. As is reflected in our reviews, we have a beautiful townhome in a GREAT location and we serve our guests in the very best way possible.

Perfection in Old Bluffton

Do not pass this place up! Book it immediately! Sue and Sean have created an absolutely beautiful condo in an ideal location for exploring and enjoying all that Bluffton and the Low Country have to offer. From the moment you book the condo and get the initial greeting from Sue to the first time you step inside the well appointed, gorgeously decorated condo you will not be disappointed. Luxurious linens, fluffy oversized bathe sheets and super comfy beds and furniture make the stay one you will not forget. Lots of options for dining and shopping local, all within walking distance. Highly recommend morning coffee and breakfast sandwiches at Corner Perk, grab a lunch one day at Sippin Cow and don’t miss dinner at Farm Bluffton! For dinner you will need reservations. Also had a good dinner at Capn Woody’s. My only regret is we couldn’t stay longer and that it will be booked when we want to come back! Thanks Sue and Sean for a wonderful place to stay!

Fantastic stay

We owned a similar unit on the Prominade a few years ago so it was like going back home. Excellent property. Immaculately clean, well equipped kitchen, high end furniture and furnishings, modern TVs, great towels (not to be under estimated), high capacity internet connectivity (even more not to be underestimated) Owners are extremely communicative and rapidly reply to inquiries. Their full disclosure of the activity level in that area was appropriate. There is lots of live music, especially on the weekends, and close by parking is occasionally an issue in the early evenings. The bands at Corks sets up right under the living room floor. We viewed it as a top row seat to a various decent cover bands. Rock, Country, Celtic, R&B. Sit back and enjoy it! After all it's the Low Country not NYC, so everything is done by 10:00 maybe 11:00 ish on Friday's and plenty of parking. We'd stay there again in a second

ALL of our guests love the sights, sounds, and food and drink of Old Town as well! Music can always be found close by but will not be found directly in our building after July, 2022. Perfect short stay in Old Town

This property is very well-appointed—comfy, stylish and clean. The owners did a nice job of going beyond the basics in providing high-end bedding, furniture, and decor. They even had premium towels and shower/bath supplies. The space is perfect for 2 couples and we had 5th person use the bonus room/sleeper sofa, which was also a really nice space. Parking was easier than I expected most nights (weekend was busy until after prime dinner time, but we usually found spaces pretty close to the unit. The owners disclosed the music/ noise from the bar below, so we were expecting it. It was very loud until 11:30-11:45 pm nightly (you could not watch tv), so we played games at the table until it was quiet enough to retire for the night. It was fine for a couple of nights—I wouldn’t have wanted that for an extended period because we like to relax at night and be up early. If nightlife is your thing, this is a great area for walkable options to be out and about and the music likely wouldn’t bother you anyway. All in all, it was one of the best properties we’ve experienced with VRBO—a must try if your destination is Bluffton.

Great spot in Bluffton

Very nice home and location. Clean, good communication with the owner and provided nice extras like coffee, toiletries, blankets, etc to avoid needing to shop or bring too much. 1 star removed due to poor experience with VRBO - Unfortunately the home was booked by a family member with a credit card of someone not staying with us. This was somehow flagged by VRBO or the owner which canceled our stay and required us to rebook with another card. Through the rebooking we ended up being charged over $200 more bc the price had changed. The owner said they had no control over the price, which may be true, but was a poor customer experience with VRBO.

The live music underneath us was as advertised. Friday and Saturday til about midnight but we are night owls anyway so it didn’t bother us. Great location. Walking distance to many establishments.

Location, condition, space were all perfect. Immaculate! Walking distance to all that Bluffton has to offer! I will be back!!

Maybe the BEST vacation home I have ever stayed in!

I absolutely LOVED this property. Everything was incredibly clean and well-stocked. The furnishings were nice, the beds were comfortable. Everything seemed brand spanking new! My only concern is the loud music on Friday and Saturday night. It was fine with us but it might be a problem with young kids or babies trying to sleep.
