The Seaview - Oregon Beach Vacations

Welcome to The Seaview! This gorgeous ocean view home, located in beautiful Lincoln City is just a few minute walk to the beach, as well as a short walk to Safeway and a fun night at the casino!
Complete with three spacious bedrooms with king size beds, the fourth bedroom has one queen and one twin bed. Three bathrooms and a washer and dryer.

Step inside this beautiful beach themed home for a relaxing vacation on the Oregon coast. The living room is beautifully decorated for a real beach feeling. A flatscreen TV with a DVD player is included for entertainment when the weather isn't cooperative. You can enjoy cooking and gathering around the table.. The kitchen has everything you need to whip up a quick and easy homemade meal. Head down the hallway, and you'll find the the primary bedroom, complete with a king size bed in the primary bedroom, with double sinks. Two other bedrooms complete with king size beds, and the fourth bedroom complete with one queen and one twin size bed. There are two additional spacious bathrooms, one located downstairs, located by the washer and dryer. Head downstairs, and take a walk along the beach or a fun afternoon or evening at the casino. Or just relax and watch a beautiful sunset from the outside deck with your family. It doesn't get any better than here in Lincoln City! Come explore the Oregon coast today at The Seaview!

Great stay by the beach

The Seaview was a nice stay. We only stayed one night, but we enjoyed ourselves while we were there. Proximity to the beach and to the casino were perfect.

Awesome Views, Close beach access, great layout, horrible beds.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The views from this home and the short walk to the beach make this a great rental. The layout of the open kitchen, family room concept is spacious and roomy. The bedrooms and bathrooms are roomy and more than adequate for a large group. Our only complaints/recommendations for improvement would be the mattresses being very uncomfortable. My guess is these are very old mattresses based on the master bedroom mattress having a big hump in the middle indicating it needs to be flipped but most likely replaced. 3 of the 4 bedroom guests complained about how horrible the mattresses were. Our only other recommendation would be adding or improving some of the kitchen amenities. The electric pan had broken legs and most of the non stick was worn to the metal (time to replace these cost $20 new), a decent knife for cutting vegetables would be nice, most of the major appliances had been replaced with very nice Frigidaire appliances but stopped short of replacing the stove to match leaving a poor operating stove. Overall the windows and the close proximity to the beach and grocery stores make this a rental I would revisit. I would recommend bringing some kitchen amenities of your own (decent knives, hot pan) and maybe a pad for the beds, unless they indicate they have been recently replaced after this add. I know seems silly that you should have to provide these things in a rental but the location and views make this a home I would return to and suck up the couple of minor creature comforts for everything else you get. Hopefully they actually read and respond to concerns expressed and this will be a non issue in the future. Overall we had a great time in this home and have some great family memories we took with us.

Spectacular views and location

We were looking for expansive views and this comfy, homey, well decorated beach house has them. Steps to the beach entry, a few blocks to Safeway and the Casino, if you are interested, and fairly safe street walking were plusses for us. We like it so much much that we have already booked for next year.

No way of getting ahold of the owners, or property management. The AC didn’t work, didn’t leave a lot of cleaning supplies.

Lovely home...but...

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The good: The location was very good, steps to the beach about a hundred yards away, and the steps were not steep. Nice deck with table and chairs. Do not plan on taking satisfying photos from the home though, as utility lines spoil any photos. The decor and furnishings are adorable and very comfortable. The beds are good upstairs, and tolerable downstairs. Bedding is ok, pillows are good and there are plenty of them. Kitchen is very well stocked with pots and pans, and the appliances are nice.The bad: The lower level is VERY cold. All of the consumables (bath towels, toilet paper, paper towels, knives, hair dryer, etc.), are dirt cheap lower than dollar store quality, to the point of being pretty unusable. They only provide shampoo, 1 tiny one per bath, and tiny bar soap. No cleaning items or sprays were provided at all, besides 1 small sponge. Also the only food or drink items provided in the kitchen was salt and pepper and a 1/4 full small bottle of soy sauce. We would probably stay again, just for the location.

Reviewer Comments: The house is in a great location and the windows are huge so the view is beautiful. The house needs an update though.. most of the dining chairs were broken or wobbly. Otherwise would stay there again.
