Everything including the host was excellent and up to expectations. The stairs up to the house are alot if you have alot of luggage but the view was worth the exercise. We were all very pleased with everything.

Overall, we had a nice stay. The cleaning could have been a little better, and unfortunately, the rain kept us from enjoying the beach. The house also rocks when it’s windy, which was definitely an experience! Be prepared for lots of stairs—it truly feels like staying in a treehouse.

The view and the close proximity to the beach are wonderful. The property however is in need of updating. The pictures on the listing make it seem larger than it feels in person. The only en-suite bathroom doesn’t have a shower and the driveway is very small with no additional parking available (this is not noted on the listing - for 9 people…). The two small bathrooms that are not en-suite are oddly on the entry floor and not on the same floor as any of the bedrooms or the kitchen / living room. Functional, but an odd layout. While we enjoyed our time at the house we wouldn’t rent it again.

I'm sorry the bathroom layout did not work well for your group and that parking was a concern. We are very careful to describe the layout in detail on the listing so that guests are made aware before booking. My family and I loved this house! So close to the ocean, very clean, beautifully built and quiet little neighborhood! No joke on those stairs, but so worth the climb!

Be sure to read about the stairs upto house. There are 62 stairs at a steep climb. The younger guests did fine but us Seniors struggled with the climb, it kept us from going out as much as as we planned. Beds were great as was the view.

It was very enjoyable with an amazing view. Only two problems, ants in the kitchen and not being able to connect to the internet. It kept kicking us off every other hour, which was VERY Annoying! Otherwise…it was very clean, easy to check into, fabulous view and so very wonderful for a girls weekend away! We all kept joking about the number of stairs but our legs thank you and the view wouldn’t have been as good! Thank you!!!

The house is great- once you get to it. I knew it had stairs, but couldn’t tell exactly how many. 63!!! Pack light! The house itself is great with amazing views. Beds were comfortable, lots of space that my kids and I could all be in separate rooms to wind down at the end of the day. Would stay here again but not sure my hips can handle the stairs. My kids LOVED it.

Master bath has a nice tub- there are two showers in other bathrooms.

Overall stay was great. Communication with the Rental agency was great. The place was very clean and had lots of kitchen items for cooking. Only thing if I was trying to nit pick would be the furniture in the living room wasn't the same as in the pictures. The pictures have nice looking leather couches and that is not accurate. There are now some uncomfortable couches which can fold out if you wanted to use it for lounging or sleeping on but they are not comfortable at all. Also while watching tv during the later evening it is hard as the sun hits right on the water out the big windows and causes a really big glare and there are no curtains. But other than those 2 things, the place was really nice. Oh and just make sure you bring up everything you need or you will have to go back down the long set of steps to get it.

We so enjoyed our stay. The only downside is the mass amount of stairs. But the views were amazing once you got up to the house.
