Welcome to your vacation sanctuary! This single family home is the perfect size for a couple or even a small family to enjoy a relaxing getaway with 3 bedrooms (master contains a king size bed, 2nd bedroom contains a queen bed and 3rd bedroom has a twin over full size bunkbed), along with 2 full bathrooms. Fully equipped kitchen with all that you need to create quick meals to enjoy either indoors or on the inviting patio by the heated outdoor pool. The tropical landscape will make you think you are on your own private island! This air-conditioned home also features wireless internet, security system, water softener and reverse osmosis filtration on the drinking water at the kitchen sink or refrigerator. Location of home is a short drive to local groceries and restaurants. For safety reasons, we will not post pictures including the home address.

My husband and I have been renting this home for many years. It is always a great, comfortable stay. It is in an area that has majorly grown over the past several years, and has plenty of amenities close by. The hosts are quick to respond. The home is equipped with what you would require on a day to day basis. We can not wait to return!

this was a perfect location with private pool and backyard area to unwind after a two week previous itinerary through Nevada and Utah. Close enough to all major amenities. The house was clean and thoroughly stocked with everything we could possibly need. The pool and hot tub were perfect for coming home and unwinding in the evening. The neighborhood felt safe and communication with the owners through the entire process was flawless. we would definitely stay here again and recommend highly.

Great place to relax

We really enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub - used either or both most days. It was great to relax in the hot tub after dark and watch the stars. Place was clean and comfortable. Hosts were very responsive to inquiries.

Home away from home

We have stayed in several VRBOs in this area over the past 7 years and this one just felt like HOME. The entire house was CLEAN and well stocked, from dishes to towels. The owners were communicative throughout the entire trip. Great job!

This is the 4th time staying at this property and the first with new owners. If you are looking for a quiet relaxing stay this is the place for you. The home is very clean and tidy. The house has practically everything you need to stay for an extended period of time. This visit we stayed 5 weeks and other than our clothes we didn’t need to bring anything else. The house has a security system which makes it feel very secure and safe. The neighbourhood is very quiet. The pool and hot tub are an added bonus. Shopping is near by with more and more as you venture out. The Santan Mountain park is only about a 10 minute drive if you enjoy hiking or biking. The owners were very accommodating and were easily accessible. We always feel like this is our home away from home and would highly recommend.

Great Vacation Home

My husband and I have stayed at this location for the past 6 - 7 years. It has changed owners over that time. However, the experience has remained the same. If you are looking for a quiet location, with a great pool and hot tub, this really is a great place. Very comfortable and equipped with many things you'd find at home. The golf course is a bike ride away, or a quick drive if you have clubs with you. Nice neighbourhood. Stores are close by for whatever you need, and some good restaurant options.

Wonderful Family Home

Very comfortable 3 bedroom 2 bath home. The kitchen is wonderfully stocked with plenty of equipment. Lovely spaces for everyone to relax and work. Highly recommend for a relaxing time.

I would highly recommend this place for anyone. It’s safe comfortable and very clean. The beds and linen were soupy comfortable. The shower had amazing water pressure. Kitchen has all you need and I love to cook. The backyard was an oasis that we took full advantage of. Neighbors were quiet. We will be back again!!!

We love everything about this property, starting with the gracious & friendly owners! Everytime we stay in this beautifully appointed home we're greeted by a spotless residence and a sublime swimming pool that is just the right size, depth and most importantly- temperature. A hot tub is available for chilly desert nights and along with a gas grill it means you never have to leave the backyard! But when you inevitably do go indoors you'll find a spacious master bedroom and bathroom, an amenity stocked kitchen and quality furnishings throughout this well-kept single story home. A quiet neighborhood ensures you'll have a relaxing and private stay- likely the first of many!

Brian and Jiovanna Koceski live in Seattle, WA and are very excited to have purchased this beautiful vacation home. This home was already receiving all 5 star reviews on VRBO prior to acquiring it. We are excited to have the same maintenance team keeping this home beautiful! Brian works as an Ocularist, making prosthetic eyes for patients while his wife Jiovanna works in education as a Computer Support person with one of the local school districts. Together they have 3 beautiful children, 2 adult daughters and a 12 year old son. The Koceski family loves to spend time away from home and hope to be able to visit Arizona any chance they get!

This property is located in the Johnson Ranch Community with wonderful amenities, including a private outdoor pool and spa, a full kitchen and 3 bedrooms to spread out and relax. The community is located about 45 minutes south of Phoenix, AZ and is close to a number local restaurants and grocery stores.

Here you will enjoy the peaceful neighborhood, beautiful landscaped yard and private pool. Take a walk through the lovely neighborhood paths and enjoy the lovely outdoor scenery. When not outside, relax in the family room or living room reading a good book or watching your favorite tv show. In the evening, enjoy a lovely meal out on the patio that was prepared in the full size kitchen. This property will truly feel like home away from home!
