This spacious 920 sq ft, 1 bed, 1 bath condo, 2nd floor unit is centrally located, and only minutes from the beautiful white sand beaches of Destin, and some of the best shopping in the area. Nearby you'll find a variety of restaurants, grocery stores, and the Morgan Sports Complex located just across the street. Additionally, you'll find easy access to anything you may need during your stay.

🛏️WHERE YOU'RE STAYING:

The Condo is a large 1br/1bth 2nd floor unit that comfortably sleeps 4 guests with a full kitchen, dining area, living area, laundry room, walk-in closet, and balcony.

There is a cozy king size bed in the bedroom and full size daybed with a twin size trundle located in a space off the living room.

HIGH SPEED WiFi is available with the ability to login to your Netflix, HBO, and other personal streaming services during your stay.

TVs in both the bedroom and living room.

Beach towels, blankets, umbrellas & other basic beach essentials are available. You’re welcome to bring your own beach equipment or buy what you'll need at nearby Wal-Mart. A large selection of beach essentials are available year round.

In Unit: Full Size washer & dryer

Includes: Any Kitchen utensils/appliances/dishes etc., that you may need during your stay

This is a nice and quiet place to enjoy the area. The unit is located in a condominium complex, which houses mostly locals, **NO parties, events, rudeness, or loud music will be tolerated**

If you are traveling to the area to attend sporting events held at the Morgan Sports Complex this is the prime location. It is a short walk (across the street) to the complex which offers baseball, soccer fields, basketball hoop, track, children playground, covered picnic area, and disc golf for use by the public.

🚗GETTING AROUND DESTIN:

The beach is located only a few blocks from the unit, if you’re looking to go on a nice morning walk with a cup of coffee or a jog to the beach it’ll take you only a few minutes by foot. However, if you’re looking to spend the day it’s best to drive up to Henderson Beach State Park (5 minute drive, small entrance fee, but worth it) or head directly up the street across Hwy 98 to Free public beach access located next to The Back Porch restaurant. Here you have the option of enjoying both the beach, and food & drinks during the day along restaurant Row.

Walmart and Fresh Market are only a five minute drive. It's a ten minute drive to Target, Publix, Winn Dixie and Whole Foods.

Several restaurants are nearby that are sure to cater to any craving or vibe; fancy, touristy, beachy, casual and fast food all within a 5-10 minute drive.

Many other activities are located within a short drive to include go-carts, mini-golf, arcade, bumper boats and cars, carnival-like rides, water parks all located within a 5 minute drive.
