Hyde Park/SoHo/Bayshore Guesthouse Apartment

This little gem is a cozy 400 sq ft 1/1 guesthouse with its own entrance, located on the 2nd floor (outdoor stairs) with a queen bed in the bedroom, and a pull out queen size sofabed couch in the living room-- the unit can fit 4 guests total.

Large wall mounted smart TVs in the living room and bedroom come with sufficient wifi available for you to log into your own streaming account(s).

The ample sized kitchenette has quartz counters, with mini-fridge, microwave, toaster oven, air fryer, brita water pitcher, hot plate and some cooking supplies. A Keurig coffee maker and a starter pack of K-cups/creamer will be provided, as well as dishes, utensils, glasses, mugs and wine glasses. We also love to provide a few starter snacks in case you don't have time to make it out shopping right away (snack items vary).

OTHER:

Note that we are NOT a scent free location, as we use a combination of laundry detergent, fabric softener, bleach, lysol, plug in air fresheners, etc, and we also regularly accept dogs. Our location is not well equipped for those with scent allergies.

The rental includes one (1) reserved parking space only. Nearby street parking is available on a first come first serve basis.

NOISE DISCLOSURE:

Because we are so close to bars, restaurants and the famed Epicurean Hotel, there will be some potential crowd noise and/or music/DJ that may be heard in the evenings (mostly Thurs/Fri/Sat evenings due to hotel hosted weddings/events), but it usually dies down by midnight.

DOGS: Dogs accepted with a $100/dog non refundable pet fee, to be paid at the time of the reservation.
