We can't say enough good things about our host, the cabin and our stay! The host was very attentive, answering all of our questions in a very timely and thorough manner! The cabin was more than well equipped to prepare a complete Thanksgiving meal for our large family. We were warmly welcomed with Christmas decor, a basket of goodies and a bottle of wine!

We absolutely loved the view from this cabin and we definitely would like to stay here again. The location was close to everything and the tenants were great at following up any of our needs.

Beautiful home. 3 adults, 2 23 year olds and 2 16 year olds. Lots of room for everyone to spread out and ole Ty of things to do between activities. The view was absolutely gorgeous and we saw a little bear ont eh drive out of the community. The house had everything we needed and there was so much to do close by. Host was very responsive. All around, great place to stay!

Amazing Mountain View!

The cabin was absolutely beautiful and the views were amazing. The location was central to most of the things that we wanted to do. It was a great fit for families of all ages. The pool table, theatre room and hot tub were an added bonus. I would recommend this to anyone. The lightening storms are so cool and we saw a rainbow on multiple occasions. The host was very respectful and responsive.

Relaxing family getaway

Owner communicated well throughout the process. The property is easy to get to and is convenient to both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. The views are amazing. The owner really goes the extra step to make sure the cabin is stocked. Was an amazing property for our family vacation.

WHAT A VIEW!!

cabin was AWRSOME!!! Totally equiped with verything we needed... plenty of space for the kids to run... plenty of space for the adults to chill!!! Beds were comfortable and very very clean!!! I've already told my friends about the Cabin!!! Would stay here again for sure!

Beautiful cabin and gorgeous view

We recently visited Pigeon Forge on a family vacation and stayed at the Cabin with a View. It did not disappoint! There was plenty of room for all 15 in our group, with a spacious kitchen/dining/living room area. The kids enjoyed the game room and theater room, as well as the hot tub. The view of the Smoky Mountains was absolutely gorgeous! We even spotted a bear outside our cabin, which was pretty cool! Evan was a great host and kept the lines of communication open. He was responsive to questions and checked in to see how we were doing during our stay, even though he was out of town on vacation. I was very happy with our cabin experience and would highly recommend!

Family Outing

Our extended family takes trips all around the USA to fellowship, eat good food and have nice clean fun together. This venue provided us with everything we needed and then some. The neighborhood was the perfect setting. The house was accommodating and in close proximity of fun things to do while in Pigeon Forge.

Amazing Cabin with Amazing View

The cabin was amazing and extremely roomy. I loved that every bedroom has its own bathroom which makes it very private. Plenty of balconies and it was stocked and clean. Evan was amazing to communicate with and answered all texts extremely quick. He also checked in on us to make sure all was okay. Would recommended 1000 times.

Your "Cabin with a View" was great. I can see where the name came from. The view of the mountains was beautiful! Family commented on how the hot tub was the hottest they had seen before at a cabin! Awe inspiring sunrise from the balcony.

Be sure to take your coffee to the balcony to watch the sunrise. My husband and I traveled with three couples for the car show in Pigeon Forge. I think we have stayed at Cabin With a View a total of 3 times. There were 8 of us, with plenty of spaces to accommodate all of us. We enjoyed shooting some pool in the game room and watching movies in the theater room. Along with the, awe inspiring, view of the Smoky Mountains, it was also convenient for our trips to the activities in Pigeon Forge.

Truly lovely view

I'm giving this property 5 stars because the view is so lovely and because my family (8 adults, 2 children) loved it completely. My review includes things I wish the description had included. 1 Some photos are a tad deceiving -- there's one that makes it look like the house sits all alone, and there's another that shows a lot of space behind the house for parking. No. This house is in a huge development. Other photos show houses really close next door, and those are the accurate ones. 2. Four floors - top is loft, of course. Next is living room/kitchen/half bath, and Queen bedroom. It's ground level. Below that is the floor with both King bedrooms--they are across from each other, on each side of a middle hallway. Both have showers and jetted tubs. Very nice. Bottom level is the theater, pool, wifi printer, pull out sofas (our teens loved this floor). Each floor has fantastic balcony with lovely view. 3. Beds were comfortable, but sheets are microfiber. 4. Lighting is great throughout. 5. Some VRBO's say "Hey, welcome! Here's a basket of goodies! We trust you, so here's some good quality toilet tissue, towels, coat hangers, new(ish) kitchen stuff etc., and more than you'll need!" They go above and beyond. This VRBO? Not so much. 6.Still, it' 5 stars--annoyances were minor. Evan was responsive. Check-in was super smooth. Spacious. And the house is on the side of a mountain, so you're up in clouds which makes the already-amazing view even more beautiful.

This cabin was just as it is described. The view is spectacular, cabin was super clean, had tons of space for our group to spread out, comfortable furniture, fast Wi-Fi, and very convenient to Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg. I would recommend to anyone.

One of our best VRBO experiences

We have rented several homes over the years, this one was the cleanest and most like the online pictures. The views are fantastic, clean and spacious rooms and bathrooms, well-stocked kitchen, and proper lighting and heating/cooling. It was just perfect and we spent Thanksgiving in this house with 6 teenagers. It was so fun and the kitchen table was exactly what we needed. Thank you for delivering on what you promised.

Unforgettable cabin house!

The beautiful cabin house is located on the mountain top, it's the best mountain view I have seen in Smoky mountains ever! the cleanliness, the kitchen and bed room stuff, etc. everything in the house is perfect to us. The check-in is very easy. after we just checked in, we saw 3 bears walked around our house to welcome us, that's so impressive ! definitely we will come back again if we have chance and also recommend the cabin house to our friends. Best Communication on VRBO!

I’ve rented several houses through this and other sites and Evan is by far the best communicator when it comes to booking and during your stay! Super impressed! Everything is clean and the pictures don’t do it justice. Will definitely book again if we travel to Pigeon Forge!
