Enjoy Siesta Key to is't fullest with this well appointed house. This house sits right on a canal with water access so you can enjoy kayaking and paddle boarding at your leisure. Also outside is and outdoor fire pit and a screened in pool that is heated so you can enjoy year round. Once you step inside this beautiful house you are greeted with a bright and airy beach theme that extending into the kitchen with white cabinets and marble countertops. The guests rooms are downstairs that share a common bath that is detached from the room. The master suit is upstairs with and on suit bath and small coffee bar. If you are looking for a great get away on Siesta Key you will not be disapointed with this house.

Great getaway!

This home is beautiful and cozy! The location, accommodations, and amenities were perfect and exceeded our expectations. The hosts have thought of everything to make this house a home away from home.

Perfect introduction to Siesta Key

I had a group of 5 adults who were traveling to Siesta Keys for a wedding. The house was so much nicer than pictures show! It really felt homey, not like a rental. Every single morning we enjoyed coffee on the canal, it was perfect . We were a 2 minute walk to town and less than 10 to beach. You really have the perfect house in the perfect location at a perfect paradise. I can not wait to come back! Thanks so much for sharing your place with us.

Just perfect!

From the location near the beach and village to the perfect home with pool on the canal, this property is perfect! Loved paddle boarding on the canals!! Fish jumping everywhere! Quiet, yet close to the action and awesome restaurants! GET OUT AND TRAVEL AGAIN!!!!

Great Christmas Vacation

This property provided a wonderful setting for a Christmas getaway. The location was fabulous and we enjoyed walking to the village for shopping and dinners. The property managers were very helpful and the home worked great for our family. Thanks again for sharing Siesta Key with us.

Perfect Family Oasis

Absolutely Wonderful!

Thank you so much for sharing your wonderful home with us! We had an absolutely wonderful time! We have stayed in many locations throughout Siesta Key for 30 years, mainly staying on the beach. Who knew how much we would love the canal! The home has EVERYTHING you need to have a wonderful vacation, so you can pack lightly! Location is ideal to walk to village! Thank so you again for a wonderful change of scenery during COVID! We had a GREAT time!

Cozy - Feels Like Home

Amazing rental! There was not one amenity missing here for us. We actually overpacked and brought things we didn’t need because so many things were provided. Nicely equipped kitchen although we ate out for most of our meals. Location was great. Such a quick walk to the village restaurants, shopping and beach. Paddle boards, kayaks and bikes were a fun plus. Enjoyed many bike rides. The beach carts, chairs and umbrellas were a must have. That is stuff that would have been impossible to travel with and nothing we have on hand anyway. Property managers were very responsive and on top of it. This is a great rental.

Literally has everything you need for a great vacation, EVERYTHING. The location is prime, the cleanliness was perfect and the property managers, Paige and Gabe were completely responsive. If you’re lucky enough to get the dates to rent this place do it!

Quarantined in Siesta!

We absolutely loved the location! Even though we only got to enjoy the beach one day before it was closed because of the covid-19 virus the house provided us everything we ask for to enjoy our stay in sunny Fla. We could not have asked for a better place to “stuck” in! Thank you so much for having us. We look forward to returning when life gets back to normal!

Fabulous home with all the amenities!

What an incredible week our family had over Christmas. This home is fully loaded and beautifully decorated with an easy walk to the beach and 1 block to the village. We took advantage of the paddle boards and heated pool everyday and our son fished from the canal. Even though the gulf was cooler this time of year, our kids managed to use the boogie boards too while the adults lounged on the beach. Some days we walked to the beach and other times we used the bikes. AND we enjoyed cooking great meals in the kitchen and appreciated all the cookware and flatware too. Highly recommend this home! Thank you for allowing us to stay. We will be back!

Just beautiful!

I loved this property. It was the feeling of an old Florida beach house but fully updated. We had 5 adults and 2 tweens and it was perfect. Loved all the places to sit and relax inside and out. Fantastic pool. Fully equipped kitchen with beautiful dishes and flatware. They even had a waffle iron. They had all the toys for the pool and beach you could want. Even a sun tent! Plenty of games and books for the house too. Everyone enjoyed the paddle boarding on the canal. It was super quiet but only a block from town and a 10 minute walk to the beach. My only suggestion would be to have helmets for the bikes or put in the listing that there are no helmets so we could bring them from home. Otherwise I dont think the house could have been better equipped! Thank you again for letting us use your beautiful home.

A Perfect 10

This house is a perfect 10! It is very clean. 10 It has everything imaginable, including all gourmet kitchen appliances, cutlery etc., and everything that you need for the beach. 10 It is decorated so very nicely, but is very comfortable. 10 It is really close to the beach and the walk is actually really enjoyable (we have kids ranging in age from 3 to 13, so the proximity to beach is important). Some houses look closer to the beach on the map, but Siesta Key is a really wide beach - this location is perfect. 10 It is even closer to restaurants, ice cream, liquor store and groceries (3 minute walk). 10 It is basically a new house and everything in it is new. 10 It hs a great pool and patio area. 10 It is right on the canal. 10 It has a 2nd floor balcony area off of the master bedroom (and a coffee maker in the master bedroom!!!). 10 It has labels on every light switch....that is a big deal. 10 It has really comfortable beds. 10 It is really a 10, and I bet we missed somethings!!!! Thank you for sharing your very beautiful and very comfortable home with our family. We are grateful.

This home was just perfect for our sons senior spring break trip.

This newly remodeled home was everything VRBO said it was and more. We were very impressed on how clean and well supplied it was. The kitchen was not only remodeled and updated but was completely stocked with everything you would possibly need in a kitchen. We liked having two different sitting areas with TVs and loved the flat screen tv outside by the pool. I would sugguest you put the third bedroom on your website as it is just beautiful. I don’t recall seeing pictures of that bedroom in any of the pictures. If I had to give any recommendation it would be to maybe keep a bottle of windex under the kitchen sink. Many times I wanted to wipe down the door wall and didn’t have anything to clean it with. I didn’t think about getting it at the store. Lastly, maybe somehow get a small tv for the spare bedroom. Wonderful house!

We stayed over spring break, Total of 7 family members ranging in age from 13 to 85! The house is very comfortable, beautifully decorated and beyond equipped. We rent homes for family vacations at least 2 times a year. This house exceeded all others in it's amenities. The kitchen has everything that you will need to cook with, high end utensils, knives, plates, pots and pans, drink ware - just everything, and since we tended to cook each day we put them all to use. The beds are all very comfortable, furniture all comfy, etc. We used all of the outdoor amenities the 4 bikes were so appreciated. We barely needed to get in a car the entire trip. We enjoyed the paddle board, grill, pool, outdoor furniture and TV. Everything that the owners have done to make this a true vacation experience in a beautifully remodeled and newly decorated home is spot on. It was our first time on Siesta Key and we loved the island, and plan to return. Thank you so much for opening your home to us.
