If a Quaint & comfortable little beach house is what you are looking for than this is it! 3 Bedroom 2 baths, 1950s beach house done just right, nothing left out. Hardwood floors throughout, tile floors in Kitchen. Screened in private heated pool just off a private deck. (spa is maintained at pool temperature but can be remotely heated) Located on the canal, perfect for pulling a small boat up to the dock, no lift available. This Beach House is about 3 blocks to Siesta Village and an additional 2 blocks to the beach. Great to walk to restaurants, bars and enjoy the local entertainment. High speed internet available. Park your car and forget about driving it for the rest of your trip. Sleeps 6. King, Queen, and Queen hide away.

Perfect Siesta Key Rental

First, the add accurately represents the condition of the house and amenities which were excellent. Location was three short blocks from Siesta Key Village. The owner was as good as it gets to deal with. Communication was excellent and response time was usually less than 10 minutes to any inquiries. One small issue was addressed and remedied within 24 hours notwithstanding the fact that it occurred on a weekend. The house is well appointed with towels, sheets, and kitchen items. The pool and hot tub were used regularly in the evenings and occasionally during the day if we wanted a break from the beach. Outdoor grill functioned flawlessly and gave us the opportunity to prepare dinners of fish, chicken and steak when we were not eating out. All in all the stay was excellent and we would not hesitate to book this house again for future stays in Siesta Key.

Cozy home, great location

We enjoyed our stay here. It was a short 1/2 mile walk to all the shops and restaurants. The house was very clean and the pool was lovely. I loved sitting on the dock, we even saw some manatees. Our little Frenchies loved chasing the lizards, they had never seen such creatures before...lol. The only thing that was a very slight issue was the screen door to the patio area. I told the owner it needs replaced as it was broken so you had to be careful going in and out. We would stay here again, we really enjoyed it.

Great location!

This cottage was a nice place to stay for 2 couples. Each couple had their own bathroom. The whole backyard has a screen cage which made it nice to sit on the back porch. The pool and hot tub are awesome. I’d suggest they need 4 nice lounge chairs by the pool as there’s really no seating by the pool except a couple of unusable loungers. Also the chairs on the brick patio by the dock need replacing. With that said we really enjoyed our stay!

Great Location

This was a nice property. the owner was very responsive and excellent to work with. Jeff is a good owner. The property itself is a little older but the pool and back patio is very nice. There is a new washer and drier in the laundry room. The fishing off the back dock is fun. See CB outfitters to get some tips on what to fish for. The bikes and chairs were great to have an perfect for riding into town or down to the beach. Everything you need is a walk away. We got more exercise than ever walking back and forth to coffee, groceries, and dinner. $7 for a dozen oysters and live entertainment at the Siesta Key Oyster Bar. The Blase cafe has the best food downtown and their service is fantastic. They also have live entertainment. I would definitely rent this again. The location is the best on Siesta Key. Just far enough away to never hear anything. Just close enough to walk down down and grab coffee or a snack.

Great Family Vaca!

Our family really enjoyed our stay at Siesta Sandals! The pool and hot tub were wonderful and used daily. The house is within walking distance of the beautiful beach, all restaurants, bars and a market. The house had ample supplies for preparing all meals, grilling and beach chairs and floaties. We would highly recommend this house for your family vacation!

Great little house

Great location as we were just three blocks from town and walked there every day for the shops and restaurants and the market is right on the corner. We had my husband and I and our 3 young adult children. The house, while not very big, was plenty of space for the 5 of us. The pool was clean and enjoyable. We rented a boat from CB's Saltwater Outfitters and were able to dock at the house for a short time. It was nice touring the area via boat and riding through the canals by the houses. We did drive to the beach as we had too much to carry to walk when we spent time there during the day but we walked there in the evening as it's only about 5 blocks away. The owner was very responsive . An enjoyable vacation overall.
