"Lattitude Adjustment" is literally a 2 minute walk to the beautiful sands of St. Joe Beach. Our one level 3 bed, 2 full bath home is immaculately decorated and provides all of the comforts of home, plus some! Sleeps 8 & offers an open floorplan including a well stocked kitchen with just about every cooking item you will need.

We do not use a property management service because we LOVE our guests and it is important to us to take care of our guests ourselves. We are always available through our personal cell number anytime which is given to you at the time of booking. We also have a local contact for immediate needs.

Our home is in a perfect location! 10 minute drive to downtown Port St. Joe, 5 minute drive to Mexico Beach, 35 minutes to Panama City.
"Lattitude Adjustment" is our own private single home and can only be accessed by you.

This newly renovated 3 bed/2 bath home sleeps 7 comfortably and offers an open floorplan including a well stocked kitchen for those who like to cook including all new appliances. Other kitchen amenities include a 10 cup Keurig coffee pot, a single serve coffee maker that uses coffee pods, crock pot, blender, Lobster pot, casserole dishes, wine/bar glasses and the list goes on.

The master bedroom although private, opens to the screened in porch and has a very comfortable king size mattress with an attached separate bathroom that offers a double vanity which makes it easier for two to get dressed. There is also a desk area for those needing the extra work space.

There are two other bedrooms. One bedroom with bunk beds that sleep three with a double mattress on the bottom and twin on top. The third bedroom has a queen mattress and large closet and is right outside of the second bathroom. For that extra guest, a double size air mattress is provided.

All linens, towels and laundry supplies are furnished and there is a full size washing machine and dryer set located in the kitchen area. Extra special touches are being added but currently include Smart TV’s in every bedroom, a pak-n-play, extra blankets & pillows, puzzles & board games, 4 wheel beach carrier, several beach chairs, coolers, beach toys, a gas grill and just about anything you need to feel at home. 2 adult size bikes and one child size bike are there for you to use.

Enjoy the firepit area in the private, fenced in backyard or relax in the front patio where you can easily hear the sounds of the beach.

And to top it off, because we love animals, we have also included some special thoughts for your fur babies including pet beds, leashes, toys and treats. $35 night for first pet, $10 extra per pet after that Maximum of four pets. No weight limits, either! Long term rentals will be provided a discounted pet fee rate.

Truly a two minute walk puts you right on the beach. Our home is located on a quiet residential street directly off of Highway 98.

*** If you plan to stay with us during Hurricane season, which peaks mid-August to mid-October, we highly recommend purchasing the traveler's insurance offered through VRBO. We will not personally reimburse for a trip cancellation due to weather or for any nights not stayed due to a mandatory evacuation or choice of the guest(s.) to leave on their own free will

*** No smoking in our home. We ask that if you are going to smoke, you do so outside without any doors or windows open.

*** No parties. Only registered guests may stay overnight unless discussed with us beforehand.

*** We do utilize two outside RING cameras which are located at the front door and at the garage.
