Great house, great yard porch and so close to the beach!

We moved the house had everything we needed and is even cuter than the pictures show! Owner was great!

Perfect Stay for families and for babies

Went for my son’s senior trip and took our two dogs. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay or a more welcoming host. This was our first time visiting the Port Saint Joe area and we will definitely be back. Thank you to Ashley and family for having us.

Awesome Stay!

We throughly enjoyed our stay at "Latitude Adjustment!" Ashley's hospitality was great from check in through check out. This property has everything you need to have a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. It is a very pet friendly place and our "furry child" enjoyed sunning on the front patio and chasing squirrels running along the backyard fence.The location is perfect as it is within a 2 minute walk, and you are a 10 minute drive to some fabulous restaurants in Port Saint Joe.We look forward to returning for our next beach vacation!

Best beach vacation

This trip was nothing short of perfect. The house was located perfectly. The kids enjoyed playing in the yard and the short walk to the beach was easy. Our dogs were simple to care for with the hose to rinse them & the fenced in back yard. Host was incredible & quick to respond. We will definitely come back! 10000 recommend

Best stay ever!

When I say “home away from home” I am not just saying it. I could not get over how many amenities were provided and how much it felt like home. With all the little details for the fur babies to the snacks and coffee left for us, it makes you feel so welcome, even our chihuahua felt so relaxed. It was such a quick walk to the beach and a very friendly neighborhood. If we are back Port St Joe way we won’t stay anywhere else. We loved it and thank you so much for hosting us.

Perfect Summer Getaway

My family absolutely loved this house! It was exactly as advertised with all the extra amenities. We always travel with our fur baby and this house was perfect and accommodated his needs. We are used to the hustle and bustle of busier beach towns, but PSJ offered a quiet, relaxing atmosphere, which was much needed. Thank you, Ashley for extending your beautiful home to us!

The home was gorgeous everything you need! Awesome location! Pet friendly which was a wonderful option even though our fur babie didn’t go this trip but being pet friendly is always a must:) Ashley the homeowner was wonderful! Looking forward to returning soon⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My family and our 4 dogs could not have asked for a better place to stay. We are so grateful and will most definitely be back! The house is clean, comfortable and the host has literally thought pd EVERYTHING you could need! Thank you so much!

We had a wonderful stay. This house was super cute and comfortably fit my family of 8. Although we did not bring our dogs, it was very accommodating for pets. MYbe next time we will bring ours. It was just a short walk to the beach and we definitely will be back! 🌊🐟👙❤️

Family Vacation

Had a great time with my daughters, grandchild and son-in-law (for a short time) along with four dogs. Everything was great; Ashley was a tremendous help when I arrived and the doors were deadbolted and I could not get in and with the trash cans being brought back after they went missing. Had yard maintenance come while we were there which made us bring dogs inside and would've liked communication about them coming. But all in all the vacation was a fantastic one and the house was as described.

Virgil the (SUPER HAPPY) Beach Boy!

Location excellent (half a block from the beach). House and property were absolutely spotless. It is obvious a lot of upgrades have recently been done to the house. Owners were super helpful (even though we didn't need anything-they thought of everything ahead of time!). Perfect for Virgil (springer spaniel), who is an extremely spoiled 6 month puppy. He had the TIME OF HIS LIFE! Very safe and secure house/neighborhood. We are extremely experienced travelers, and this house was, hands down, one of the nicest we have ever stayed in. Very well appointed kitchen (we ate in every meal). Definitely will return. Truly a vacation to remember.

What a joy to have vacationers like the Hill’s stay in our home. The house was left in perfect condition, not a thing out of place. I appreciated her direct feedback and the pictures of her fur baby on the beach! I sure hope they will visit again. My home will always be open to them.

Clean and Comfy

This was the cleanest pet friendly rental we’ve ever encountered. Very comfortable for our family of four plus our fur baby. Literally five minutes from the door to the seashore. My husband fell in love with the tankless water heater. Typically after a day at the beach, he unpacks our things, uses the outdoor spigot to wash sand off our toys, etc while I get the kids showered and I shower. This usually means limited hot water for dad. Not so here! There is an outdoor shower but it isn’t totally enclosed so it’s perfect to rinse off but not to fully shower. We really fell in love with Port St. Joe. Property owners were super helpful when we had questions! This property is a true gem!

Beach Bum Break

This was our first visit to the area and we were pleasantly surprised! First, the property was just as advertised. It was very clean, well decorated, comfortable, and truly everything we had hoped. We searched for a vacation that could accommodate our dogs and this place delivered because it has a fully fenced backyard and a nice fenced front patio. We also enjoyed the screened in porch on rainy days. The homeowners texted on our first day with check-in details and were very kind in letting us know we could reach out if we had questions or needed anything, luckily we did not have to bother because we had everything we needed. This place is 3 houses down from beach access so we walked our dogs every morning and watched the sunset at night. The property has beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, carts, and many other beach accessories, which was very nice and convenient. Lots of eateries are close by and some within walking dustance! We bought local seafood and cooked at home a couple of nights. It was really a great visit and we hope to return next year to this place!

The perfect escape

The house is the perfect amount of space, cute, and super clean! The front area and backyard are also great entertaining space and we perfect for our pups!! Every detail of the stay was great - Ashley was quick to respond and help us with anything!

Wonderful property with amazing amenities

The house was immaculate, well-appointed with many extras, and extremely dog-friendly which was the major draw for us. Ashley was very attentive and responsive. You are Avery short walk from a beautiful, quiet beach and a short drive from great places to eat and visit. We had a fabulous stay!!

Adorable Beach House

We truly enjoyed our stay in Port St Joe. Our host contacted us upon arrival to make sure we had everything we needed. She even left a treat bag for us and one for the dogs. The house was adorable and two blocks from the beach, which we walked every morning. Great fenced in yard for the dogs. Very friendly area. Great restaurant two blocks away. Very short drive to downtown Port St Joe, which had more restaurants and shopping. Overall great stay!

Relaxing beach vacation

Our best experience with a vacation rental thus far. It was a pleasure to stay in the newly remodeled beach home with easy access to miles of white sand beaches. The home had thoughtful amenities to make it feel like home. The owners provided excellent communication and were welcoming. Would absolutely rent this property again. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

ABSOLUTELY PERFECT! PET FRIENDLY

Our 2nd stay with Ashley.., the home always super clean and smelled wonderful! Location was absolutely perfect! She hit on every detail, from goodie bags for us & Tux our Weimaraner having surprises to play with…,doggie bowls and blanket even pet bed. The back yard is fenced also awesome screen porch plus perfect sitting area out front to see the Gulf sunrise or sunsets!!! Definitely have made friends for life! Thank you so much! Can’t wait to book our next trip with you.

December in Port St Joe

Lovely home within an easy walk across the (sometimes busy) road in a small community. During our stay we had added entertainment by the Volunteer Fire Department bringing Santa through the neighborhood on a pump truck and watched a golf cart Christmas parade. With it being the off-season, we had the beach to ourselves yet local restaurants were in full swing. Great stay!

Liked that it was a very short walk to beach. Beds where good quality.

We would stay there again. Love that it has fenced in front & back door areas. Was very quiet for being surrounded so closely by other houses.
