Ski in ski out! Incredible view at Otsego Resort!

One of the best situated units in the entire resort! Top floor, 2 room suite with lockout door in between and incredible views of the valley/ski hill/lodge/tubing hill/golf course. Two balconies to enjoy! Corner unit is well equipped with two full sized beds, TV, and a nice kitchenette area with a fridge, microwave, toaster oven, dishes, coffee maker, utensils etc. Adjoining unit is also well appointed with a queen murphy bed, queen sleeper sofa, TV and an additional kitchenette area that also has a fridge, air fryer/toaster oven, coffee maker, microwave, dishes and utensils. Ski locker on the main floor so you don't have to lug your equipment up any stairs! A true ski in ski out! Literally walk down the stairs, click on your skis and ski down into the valley!

Otsego resort is a historic property that was founded as a private club back in 1939 and ran as a private club up until 2017. The ski facilities include 32 runs and 5 chair lifts including a high speed quad and tubing hill with a rope tow. Additionally, they have new snowmaking and grooming equipment for both alpine and Nordic ski trails. Multiple terrain parks and 6.2 miles of marked cross country trails! Truly the hidden gem of the north!

Great place for a golf weekend with my dad and nephew!! We are three big guys and there was plenty of room. The balcony’s were amazing and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Host was easy to get a hold of. I highly recommend and we will be back if we golf in Gaylord again

Great family vacation

It was a great location. If only our host had ordered some snow! Still, very fun and the runs open were well maintained. The location is perfect for all activities. Highly recommend.

Winter ski trip

This was the perfect place for us. The location to everything couldn’t have better, we will be back for sure. This was our first time at Otsego and the old school feel was awesome and has everything we needed right there.

Golf Tournament

Property is dated but very adequate for our short stay in Gaylord The A/C unit in one of the 2 units did not operate 2 of the 3 windows did open in the unit where the A/C did not work 1st night was warm 2nd night was a bit cooler with the weather and a dip in the unheated pool Enjoyed having a drink at the new bar at the main lodge

Amazing location and great amenities

The white birch inn is excellent location close to the Otsego resort lodge (2 min walk) which makes it perfect for skiing. The rooms are very comfortable with ample space. The gear locker is also very convenient!

Perfect up north retreat

This is the second unit I have rented from Mr. Wonboy in as many years. The price is great, the location is great, and the skiing is great. We slept 8 adults comfortably between the two rooms and each room has its own kitchenette and bathroom. It is located right at the top of the easiest hill so it is accessible for all ages and talent levels. There is a bar at the top of the easy hill, and another at the bottom of the harder hill, with a shuttle that goes back and forth if you need it. There are a couple large fire pits that are always stocked with wood (some times you have to start the fire yourself). Also, just to the left of the White Birch is a tubing area that is fun for all ages, with a bar from which parents can watch their kids tube. The lockers on the ground floor are great for storing your gear when you break for lunch/dinner and the atmosphere is very rustic. The entire resort could use a bit of investment but the money that does get spent here goes into the mountain (grooming, ski patrol, terrain parks, etc.) and for that this place is the perfect up north retreat.

Clean and Convenient!

My family of 5 and my grandparents stayed here- first and foremost- very clean- the most important part! Second- provided that resort feeling- it was as close as you can get to Otsego’s lodge, right by the Logmark bar too! The ski locker and kitchenette made things convenient and cozy- easy to rest up and relax for another day of activity! Only things I’d say was exterior of building is in need of some repairs. Sheets on beds needed to be replaced (worn out and pilled at feet). Cable and Roku stick in room very nice, WiFi was good. Communication with owner was fast and easy! Would 10/10 stay again!

Perfect For Skiing

The location is what makes this property so great. Being able to ski in and out from this property was awesome. We will be back again for sure.

Great family weekend

Let me start by saying the place was VERY clean. Thats huge for me. Having the lockers for our equipment was awesome. Our family really enjoyed the weekend. It was first time skiing there. The only cons I have are the building itself could use a refresh . The mattresses were all very soft. So I didn’t sleep good. However it was quiet and easy on/off mountain. Glad we went for sure.

Ski Weekend

Location was great, as was with communication with owner. Easy check in and had everything we needed I thought. Only challenge was trying to figure out how to change from Roku tv to normal cable box. Murphy bed was a tad soft but not horrible.
