A month at Fairway Villa

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have had a fantastic time. The one bedrooms is perfect for our needs. It was well furnished, well equipped and very neat and clean. We find the location off Kuhio great for getting around. Captain Cook property manager James is so helpful and always available. All the rest of the staff is stellar also.

Great Experience

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Seamless online check-in, never met a person, just given code into spotless little condo. It was perfect for our needs and we really enjoyed the stay. Check-out a month later was similarly easy.

Excellent Location and great Views

This property was clean and the views of Honolulu were spectacular. Roof top deck with pool and bbq's and place for family to hang out was fantastic. And the views of the Ocean from the roof top were memorable to say the least. My son and I could not have picked a better home away from home. Thank you so much for offering up your condo for a VRBO rental.

Nice high~floor condo, clean and well~stocked.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything in the condo is fairly new and modern. The two air conditioning units are brand new. It is very clean with decent furniture. I enjoyed my stay here.

A month at Fairway Villa

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first time working with Captain Cook, and it was a great experience. James Wickard was very responsive to any need we had. The building itself had some maintenance issues beyond the control of Captain Cook, and James always let us know how the these issues would impact our stay. We enjoyed the unit and location and the service so much we are returning in 2025 for a month to the same unit.
