just a run down.. the door to a drawer came off in my hand when I first used it. The top dresser drawers are busted out. The place says it sleeps eight and I was charged for an extra person with seven adults and a baby, yet there were no additional amenities for that seven adult or even the sixth as they had a single dish set of FOUR. I was in the master bedroom that reeked of cigarette, likely from the neighbor. the bedroom interior door handle came off the first day as well. we each had a towel which was good but after taking showers we realized we all smelled like we had dried off with towels that had been left wet in the wash. The comforter in the "kids" room has crust and God only knows what else on it. It had clearly not been washed. The second night we started to see scurrying bugs in the kitchen, we think they are roaches. My son in law caught one and we left it in the sink under a glass and took photos of all that was wrong. This was also the night, that I fell in the hallway on water that was leaking from under the washing machine. The kitchen and bath are generally nice but the place is pretty run down in other aspects. After the third night we decided that we couldn't spend another night there, packed up and left, driving home to VA overnight. I sent Maggie a message, she basically ignored everything other than to tell me she would let the cleaners know and then told me, "she had never had a complaint before. If it had been one or even two issues no worries but?!
