Enjoy a quiet vacation, in our spacious and contemporary townhome with private patio and free parking!
With so much to do in the perfect location, a vibrant new lifestyle awaits! This home is located approximately 1 mile from the beach in Lauderdale-by-the-sea.
*The person making the reservation must be 25 years old or older.
We have done everything we can to make this place as enjoyable as possible for your relaxing stay! Perfect for travelers, couples, friends, and working professionals!
After an exciting day of adventure, hang out with your friends and family by the fireplace in the spacious living area and watch a movie or watch a sports game on our 55" Smart TV. It has plenty of light and flows together to create a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The glass door leads out to the private patio and all the outdoor amenities.
This home is located in the pristine neighborhood of Fort Lauderdale! If you prefer to explore the area, Fort Lauderdale's beautiful beaches, vibrant nightlife, and renowned shopping districts are less than a 10-minute drive from your stay!
For those nights you want to stay and chill out, there’s a fully-appointed kitchen with ample storage and stainless-steel appliances. The dining area is a great place to eat and chat.
All of the bedrooms are located upstairs. The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, a 43" TV and an ensuite bathroom. The 1st guest bedroom has a twin daybed plus a twin trundle bed and a 32" TV. The 2nd guest bedroom has a queen-sized bed and a 43" TV. Both 2nd and 3rd bedrooms share one jack and jill bathroom with a private entrance from each room.
There is also a couch downstairs that has a pull-out sofa beach with an incorporated blow-up full-sized mattress for extra sleeping space.
For those who are working while here, we have a dedicated workspace setup with a desk and chair for you to use and high-speed WiFi with an internet speed of up to 800 Mbps!
You can enjoy and relax on the private patio with outdoor seating and beach chairs!
An ensuite washer and dryer, 4 driveway parking spaces, a bar cooler, and all the necessary items for those nights when you would like to stay while planning your trip to Fort Lauderdale. We want to give you an experience that you'll love just as much as our amazing town!
